Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors

2 parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 located inside the private garage, (6'8 H, 8'6 W, 17' L) and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes.

Long weekend in Asheville

This property was very nice with room for lots of people to relax all a stones throw from the south slope. I would stay here again in an instant.

Wonderful stay

Was very happy that this property was super clean and well appointed. Communication was great and instructions were very clear from check-in to check out. We were close to everything and it was easy to travel downtown to the fringes within minutes. Would highly recommend this property for your trip to Asheville.

Excellent Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our our stay here! The place was in great shape, beautifully furnished and in an amazing location. We were able to walk to places in downtown Asheville within 15 minutes or less. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here and it will be my first choice when returning to Asheville!

Great spot- perfect location

This new and sparkling clean property was the absolute perfect spot in downtown Asheville for a fun weekend of breweries. The beds were super comfortable and it really made our weekend easy and comfortable. My only complaint- only a keurig- Need a real coffee maker!

Weekend in Asheville for 5

Great stay for 5 of us, property was clean and well maintained, and in a great location. Property is as described. In addition to the 2 bathrooms with showers on the middle floor, there are also half baths on the lower and upper floors. Didn't need to communicate with the management company as they provided all the info we needed up front, and everything worked as described.

Enjoyed our stay exploring Asheville.

This townhouse was very clean and met our needs completely. We enjoyed the roof deck on a beautiful spring evening. We were able to walk to many restaurants and breweries and just a short drive to the Biltmore and the Grove Park Inn.

Great base to enjoy Asheville

Modern comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Center of town one mile up the hill. Lots of restaurants nearby. Had a blast on the LaZoom tour.

Well maintained and good location

The house was clean and well maintained. It was nice to have a bathroom on each floor. There are a lot of stairs between the 4 floors, but great place to stay if you don't mind. We have a 3yo and a 6yo and everyone got around great. Nice outdoor eating patio area as well to hang out. We were close to restaurants and breweries within a 0.5 mile distance. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is beautiful. The location proximity to south slope and downtown was perfect for us. The elevator made luggage a breeze. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Great Location for Beer Tasting and Getting to Downtown

The property was lovely and close enough for us to walk to about 10 breweries in the South Slope area and downtown restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood though in an industrial area. There are not amenities like coffee shops or stores near by so it would have been hard if my parents had come as planned as they had hoped to be able to get around without a car and are not very mobile. We had selected this property so that they could have an elevator and handicap access to bathrooms. Also, one bedroom door was locked so we could not get in it and the lights were on in it (we saw them from outside). Fortunately, we ended up being one couple rather than two, so it was ok. The kitchen amenities were good. One issue was that the master bedroom did not cool well. We followed instructions for setting the thermostat but the master bedroom would always be 3-4 degrees warmer than what was set. All in all, we would definitely consider staying there again.

Wow - A nice elevator to take you to each floor

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. It is a walk up the hill to get to all the great restaurants and breweries but an easy walk back. Great location and having 2 parking spaces (one in the garage) was nice. We only had four people so I can't speak to the comfort of the fold out couch but the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. There was so much extra common space that you could spend time together or apart in different parts of the house.

Nice place but bed uncomfortable

We were happy with most aspects of the townhouse, but the bed in the back (main) bedroom was terrible -- it somehow sloped down from toes to head. We both slept terribly the first night; after which we switched to the front (smaller) bedroom.
