This wonderful loft features beautiful hardwood floors, high exposed ceilings, and a professionally designed interior to create a bright and relaxing space. 



Located in the heart of Asheville's lively and vibrant culture, the home offers the best location in the city.  You'll be steps from award-winning restaurants, first rate shopping, world-class breweries, parks, and more.



The Space:

The home has been fully remodeled and updated with a large, kitchen, designer fireplace, 2 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of space to gather with friends and family.



Staying in downtown Asheville provides easy access to all local attractions, including the Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah National Forest, and some of the best hiking trails and outdoor activities in North America.

Wonderful condo right in the center of town, close to so many shops and restaurants and we never needed our car to enjoy the best of Asheville! Would definitely stay here again!

This loft apartment was perfect for me and my sister. Our host, Jason, and his team were excellent at communicating. We ran into a couple small issues upon check in that were immediately addressed. We really enjoyed our stay at this loft property in Asheville. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. A special bonus was the use of the gas fire in the evening. The location of the property was very central, and an easy walk to restaurants and we also checked out a few of the local craft breweries! Parking was very easy in the parking lot across the road. This was our first time to Asheville and we really enjoyed it and wished we had longer there. Would definitely recommend this comfortable property!

Sisters Asheville Trip

We had an awesome trip, parking was close by which made travel to local destinations easy. It was also walkable to restaurants and shopping. The Loft is beautiful and has lovely high ceilings. Great Wifi Access and the kitchen fit our needs.

Downtown Asheville

The unit was great- a bit noisy as it is in the heart of downtown, but they provided white noise machines in the bedrooms for night. Parking is an issue as they note in description but we found a permit lot that was open after 6pm till 8am everyday and all day Sunday that was free so we parked there. Communication with the host was great! Definitely would stay again.

Our stay was perfect! I met with a friend I hadn’t seen in 20 years. The loft was clean, nicely decorated, and we felt at home! Our host was extremely helpful. I’ve never used VRBO before and I’m very impressed!

Spotless, well stocked kitchen, right in the MIDDLE of downtown. No need to drive anywhere. The hosts communication was timely, friendly, and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out process. Also, one of the easiest check-out processes. Planning on staying again for our next Asheville trip!

Ringing in the New Year! 2025

Amazing downtown loft that is in the perfect location. A 5 minute walk to anywhere, which was great for ringing in the New Year. The loft was clean and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The host was quick to respond and gave clear directions on the check in and out instructions. We will be back!

Beautiful Loft

The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay.

Perfect location in a lovely downtown

If you are looking for a centrally located home in Asheville, this is it. The hosts kept in close contact with me and answered any questions quite promptly. The interior looked to be recently updated and was very nice and comfy. We were surprised how quiet the loft was, considering the loft is located downtown. You can walk to a plethora of restaurants. Parking garage is across the street. Thank you for a delightful week! We really felt at home in a special town and your loft. Thanks for sharing!

Music Festival Weekend

Great girl's trip to Asheville

I cannot say enough great things about this property. Check-in was easy, especially with the detailed instructions provided by Jason. He was also very responsive to any questions. The location was close to town and within walking distance to so many shops/restaurants. The loft was very clean and had everything one could need for a getaway. The kitchen was well-stocked, including coffee/tea and spices. The full-sized soap and shampoos in the bathrooms were a nice touch too. Although there was a bar across the street, we did not really notice the noise as the bedrooms are in the back of the unit (away from the street). The beds were very comfortable, as well. Overall, we had a great stay at the loft and would definitely recommend it to others.
