Spend your vacation in The Sand Dune! This cute clapboard cottage on the hill off Stage Island Road offers an open kitchen and living area. The bedroom provides a queen bed. Bright and happy colors fill the cottage, making this rental a serene spot to rejuvenate your soul. Window a/c unit to keep you cool on those hot summer days, streaming services for the TV and WiFi to keep you connected. This property has a shared outdoor shower ( behind Sand Dune Cottage) to rinse off the sand and salt from a day in the waves, Great location to join "The Loop" and walk to Oyster Pond Beach, Lighthouse Beach or downtown for all of your shopping, dining and entertainment. This rental shares the laundry room with the other cottages, and the beach chairs and charcoal are found in the Barn's garage. ** Please note this rental has no closets, shares a driveway with 4 other rental units located on the same property, and comes with 1 assigned parking spot** Sorry, no heat. A wonderful spot to begin creating memories of your Cape Cod vacations. Call our office and let us help you plan your stay.

Loved this spot!

We enjoyed our time staying at this cottage. It was the perfect size for us. It was a great location and VERY clean! I would easily stay here again for my next trip to the cape!

Lovely Cottage

Very clean and lovely cottage. Short driving distance to Chatham main st and some local beaches. The cottage is decorated adorably. It was perfect for just my husband and I. The check in process was easy. The property and surrounding area are lovely.

Cute Cape Cottage

We were in for a wedding. The Sand Dune cottage was quaint and cozy. It was enough for two people. The location was great and we got in many walks and runs along the water. Downtown Chatham was about a 5 min drive. Overall, it was clean, quiet and just what we needed to enjoy the Cape.

Very cute cottage. Great location. Deficits: no extra pillows, no extra blanket. Easy storage for those could be in large basket table in front of couch). Doors in front of refrigerator are very inconvenient and must be walked around to get from sink area to dish/storage cabinet. No paper towel holder (one could easily be mounted on side of refrigerator cabinet.

Great stay in historic Chatham.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Helpful: Bring flashlights if you want to walk to town at night from the cottage. It is a short 20 min. walk, but part of the walk is without a sidewalk. And use the provided de-humidifier - very helpful. Also... visit the Atwood Museum and the working windmill nearby, the working lighthouse, the fishing pier, the Morris Island loop trail, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, beaches, and more. So much to do. We did have a slight miscommunication with our check-in and the linens not being ready for our stay, but it was quickly remedied. The staff was polite and helpful. We would book again.

Nice Stay on the Cape

Came for a family wedding and decided to stay for the week. This cottage was in a great central location to almost anything on the Cape. Close to downtown Chatham and area beaches. Probably wouldn’t call either particularly walkable unless you’re up for a fairly long trek on roads without sidewalks most of the way. Cottage was as advertised - cute but small. Only things that weren’t our favorite were the shower that seemed to change temperature at will and the fact that you had to climb over one another to get into the bed. Aside from that it was a nice stay in a cute cottage.
