Large completely redone condo on the bay front at the inlet. Lots of boat traffic to watch throughout the day. 2 short blocks to the famous OC Boardwalk and beach. Large new pool and sun deck provides a great option to spend your sun filled vacation. Equipped with new 4k TVs. Unit comes with 2 parking spaces, one in a gated parking area, the other in a protected area next to the building. Access to owners closet with beach chairs, high end cart to carry items to beach, an umbrella, and children beach toys.

This unit has it all, professionally decorated and furnished with comfortable sofa, beds, and chairs. Spacious rooms, great kitchen area with lots of counter space, New stainless appliances, Keurig and French Press coffee makers; room to seat up to 9 for a meal with large dining table and long countertop with 4 bar stools. Fishing pier right on the most popular bay fishing spots next to the inlet. Each bedroom has a large flat panel TV with HD cable access. While Marlin property has just gone through a major renovation including new docks and piers, new pool and sun deck, new elevator; doors and windows have been replaced along with fresh paint.

Bedroom Set up:
-Master has a king bed, large private bath with large shower
-Second Master has 2 queen beds and wall mounted TV
-Third bedroom has single over double bunk and trundle under. Wall mounted TV
Views from the 2 balconies exceed expectations. You hover right over the water, with views of the bay, Rt 50 drawbridge, and West Ocean City skyline, for 180 degrees.

This condo is located in downtown Ocean City, and is a short walk to the Boardwalk.

Linens are not provided with this condo but are available as an option for an additional fee.

Perfect Location!

We went down for the music festival and this was the perfect location! It was close enough to walk to the event, but far enough away that it wasnt too loud. Great view from the balcony and the condo is perfect!!! Well definitely be back!

Great long weekend getaway

Great location, quiet little neighbourhood and downtown. Easy walk to a few really good restaurants as well as the boardwalk. Would stay there again!

Perfect All The Way Around

We were in OC for my niece’s beach volleyball tournament and this condo couldn’t have been more perfect. Walking distance to everything we needed! The marina was an added touch for my son who loves to fish. The property was clean and well maintained. And the property owner was amazing! Extremely accommodating.We will likely be back in the future!

Weekend Getaway

Family Getaway

My small family group and I had a great time staying in Ocean City at this beautiful condo! The condo is updated, comfortable and in a great location- not to mention the views are amazing. We would definitely go back- thank you!

Great condo and location

Condo was great, check in was easy . Loved the location on the harbor, quiet and picturesque but only two blocks to the boardwalk for more activity. No complaints except having to make the beds after taking the sheets off. Would be nice if linens were included and only had to strip beds at checkout. Overall loved our stay.

Perfect getaway

We've been staying in the White Marlin development for about ten years and needed a rental over Thanksgiving. This unit blew every other one out of the water. From the upgraded linen service (worth every penny) to the luxurious bathrooms/bedrooms and well-outfitted kitchen our stay was relaxing and felt like a truly special getaway. The owners were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Cannot wait to book again.

Hoping to return REPEATEDLY

The condo was gorgeous to say the least, the pictures do not do it justice. I spent an entire week here and had 4 friends stay for half the week and we loved spending time inside the condo as much as outside. It was a little chilly since it was early in the season but we had no complaints about calling it an early day and playing games the whole evening. Communication with the owners/managers was quick and easy; they answered any questions I had in a timely manner. OC is already a second home to me thanks the the family we have out there, but this property is the one to stay at within the White Marlin. I hope to return many times in the future!
