Welcome to our home on Missionary Ridge!

Whether you're traveling for work or play, we have you covered! Enjoy restaurants and nightlife in downtown Chattanooga (only a 5-mile drive). This home is centrally located within minutes of outdoor adventures, sightseeing, and city activities! Less than 5 miles from Chattanooga Riverfront and 7 miles from Ruby Falls. Whether you are coming here to explore the city, on a business trip (only 7 miles from the airport), visiting universities, or coming to enjoy all the area attractions, this home is conveniently located.

Inside, you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms (sleeps 10 comfortably), a beautiful living space with plenty of seating, and a game room downstairs! Enjoy a restful evening in the brand-new shared hot tub just off the back deck. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer also included. The home is great for larger families with lots of open space. The living room features an open concept with plenty of room for your group. Relax in the comfort of your home and enjoy the outdoor balcony. Enjoy leisure activities with a round of pool, a ping pong game, or large flat-screen TVs. Work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service. There are only 3 Bedrooms in this property. The two twin beds are located in the loft area and a sleeper sofa for two guests at this property.

The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.

Overall it was a very nice stay, and accommodated our party well. It definitely has THREE bedrooms, WITH doors on each. This is something I had questioned, and was told differently. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses as they were very hard, and some had sunken in in the middle. The shower curtain liners need replaced as there was mold on them

overall great location. ended up being 7 of us, which i think was perfect for the space. upstairs was warmer - 1 of the rooms was bearable the other we used our portable fans. the play room was awesome, kept the kids and adults busy. i wasnt a fan of the shared hot tub, but it did work out for us not having anyone stay next door to us for the first few days.

Springbreak getaway

Great location and friendly staff. We had a great time sight seeing and enjoyed the hot tub and game room in the evenings. Had everything we needed to cook a few meals at the house as well.

Great Place with lots of room

Nice, clean and spacious. The hot tub was excellent and the location was okay, but not great. About 5-7 minute drive to downtown. It did not affect our trip though, we had a great time and it was a perfect place for our group.

Great location and amenities

This property definitely lived up to the pictures and was a good choice for staying with kids. The drive into downtown is very easy and navigating to Lookout Mountain and other attractions was hassle free. The kids were huge fans of the table games and dart boards in the garage. I would certainly book again for my next trip to the area.

3 bedrooms…not 5

We had a great visit. The property is new and in great shape. Two and a half baths worked great for us. Notes. The hot tub is shared. The only closet in the Master Bedroom is padlocked. The bottom rung to the upper bunk was broken (12/24/2022). The 2nd floor shower is shared between two bedrooms, and one of the doors does not lock. This is not a problem if communication is good. Between those who share the shower. The description for bedrooms was inaccurate. When we booked the house, they showed 5 bedrooms and listed what kind of bed(s) were in each room. There were only 3 bedrooms. This caused real problems when it came to sleeping arrangements for adults. We would not have rented the property had we known the true number of bedrooms. But we made the best of it. Here’s what actually exists. 3 bedrooms, and an upper level landing with bunk beds. The landing is not private. It opens to the family room below. More specifically: Master - King Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Queen Landing - 1 set of bunk beds The management company was very responsive to texts and emails.

Disappointing

There was nothing redeeming about this property. If you are a senior, handicapped or have mobility issues this is not a property for you. The driveway is severely steep with a blind entrance onto the road. The stairs from the entrance to the main level of the house are steep and long. If you’re looking for a property with a yard, this has none. The house is built into the mountain ridge and has very little yard and none that is level and useable. If your looking for a house with a view, there is none here. The tiny elevated deck on the front of the house looks onto the road and a wall of trees blocks any view past the road. The small deck area on the back of the house is like sitting in a dog run with a narrow path that leads to the hot tub. Be prepared for an awkward moment as the hot tub is shared with the property next door. No peace and quite here as you hear the roar from I-24 all day and night, but you’re close to everything lol. This is a minimalist property. There is very little supplies provided. You’d think you’d at least not have to purchase garbage bags, paper goods, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc. You need to literally bring everything you might need for your stay, including a salt and pepper shaker. Very minimal kitchen supplies. If your planning on serving meals at the house you’ll need to bring all the accessories for serving a meal. Very few glasses and none suitable for kids. The purchase of solo cups was necessary. When we arrived we were unable to login to the WiFi with the info given us. After a few emails to the property management it took a phone call to resolve the issue. To resolve our WiFi issue we were given the WiFi login for the property next door. We were told that a team member would check into the WiFi problem and they’d get back to us. We never heard from them the remainder of our stay. My suggestion to the property owner would be to find a new property manager. The house needs care. Dirty windows, stains in carpet and on walls, fridge beat up and with non functional ice maker, toilet handle broken, light bulbs out, tub drain clogged, master bed door drags hard on carpet, circuit breaker blows when using main tv. Garage door opener was not functioning. Door could be opened manually by anyone anytime so house was literally unlocked when we were away. One dart and one pool cue for garage games. Out of space, keep searching for other property options.

Chattanooga Fun

Nice location, close drive to all we wanted to do. Enjoyed the activities (darts, pool table & ping pong. Garage needs some TLC & would like to have local/regular TV stations. Overall a nice experience.

Before I offer my critique, I will say our kids (13, 15, 17) loved this house—the layout, the ping pong/pool table/darts in the garage, and the two upstairs bedrooms and loft, which provided personal space for each of them. The location was great—quick access to the interstate and every place we wanted to visit. But with the great location comes interstate noise, which we could hear when we went to bed, when we woke up, and even while watching TV in the great room. The kitchen lacked some standard items (scissors, salad tongs, dish towel, drying rack) and needed more glasses. It was generally clean, but there was some litter next to the driveway, a huge cobweb in an upper window, a few bugs here and there (nothing big or scary), and the air filters were in dire need of replacement. The AC was out when we arrived, but management was very quick to respond and purchased (and installed) two portable units to get us through the night until the repairman could come the next morning (thank you!). There were a few burned out light bulbs (but no replacements anywhere), and two remotes were missing batteries. The rug and chairs in the living room had stains and needed cleaning. The house in general could use some touch-up paint and TLC, but it is a rental house after all. The driveway is very steep, but we knew that ahead of time. There is also no yard to speak of, and the back deck leading to the hot tub (which we didn't use) was very narrow and not really useable. All the beds were very comfortable. Would not recommend this house for a family with young children, but for older kids it's great. We would stay here again if we come back to Chattanooga.

We came to town for Riverbend and stayed here. The location was quiet and convenient to downtown. The property was nice and everything worked. We didn’t experience any issues.

Annual Couples Getaway

Rental process was very easy and efficient. The host were very friendly and helpful. I really like the fact the host checked up on us once we checked in. During the stay they also checked with us to see if we needed anything. Very positive experience at this property.

Fantastic location! Only 5-10 minute drive to everything in Chattanooga (depending on traffic of course). The house was extremely clean, and well laid out. Very friendly owners, easy to work with, and fast communication. Highly recommend!!!
