With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeping for 10 people, an open concept living/dining area and great lower level for kids and "big kids"! There is plenty of space to spread out and relax after a fun day in the Valley!
As you enter into this home you are greeted with a large mudroom, perfect for storing your skis or summer gear. Just off the mudroom is the open concept living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar with seating for 4 and dining area with seating for 6. The living room features a beautiful stone fire place with newly installed wood stove insert, comfy sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. The main level also includes a bedroom with queen bed and large closet and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with queen bed, crib and a large closet, full bathroom and a loft space with 2 twin size bunk beds. A second small loft can be accessed from a ladder in the hallway, this space is a perfect little reading nook or kids hang out space. The finished lower level has a second kitchen, bedroom with full size bed, family room with sectional sofa, large flat screen TV and Foosball table, full bathroom with shower and laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
During the summer months, guests can enjoy the association in-ground pool and tennis courts.
