Magnifique condo Attitash Mountain Village, méticuleusement entretenu par le propriétaire. Il a été récemment rénové, propre et familial. 2 chambres à coucher complètes plus 3ième chambre en mezzanine. 8 couchages dans 2 lits queen, 2 ensembles de lits superposés. Il y a une cuisine complète et 2 salles de bain. Le salon dispose d'un canapé en cuir, d'une causeuse, d'un fauteuil inclinable, d'une télévision à écran plat / DVD avec câble et wifi, et d'un patio extérieur. L'unité est dans un excellent emplacement, juste en face de Attitash Mountain Resort (à quelques pas de Matty B, piscine, bain à remous et salle de jeux), et à quelques minutes en voiture de Storyland et North Conway. Un trajet de 20 ou 30 minutes vous amènera à Breton Woods, Wildcat Mountain et Mount Washington Auto Road!

Les installations comprennent: piscines intérieure et extérieure, bains à remous intérieurs et extérieurs, salle de jeux, aire de grillade extérieure, salle d'exercice et tout un réseau de sentiers menant à la rivière Saco. Wifi, draps et serviettes inclus!

Beautiful Resort and Surrounding Area!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! Our two kids enjoyed the playground and pool, as well as the wealth of outdoor activities to do in the area. The check-in process was very smooth, and the hosts were excellent communicators, sending detailed information before our trip and offering their personal cell phone number in case of any emergent needs (we didn't need to take them up on that offer but appreciate their availability nonetheless!)The unit itself was generally clean and comfortable, and it is well-stocked with cups, plates, and cookware. The AC systems work well at keeping the main floor cool and the second floor bedrooms cool as well. The third floor bunk beds do tend to get hot (we visited in June when the temperatures where in the mid to high 80s during the day), and there's a fan up there to help with cooling that area. But if you're someone who runs hot and you have 6 or fewer people to sleep, you might want to avoid those bedrooms in the warmer months.The one thing that I wish had been disclosed about the unit was that it has skylights in both bedrooms that do NOT have shades to block out sunlight. So when the sun rose circa 5AM in the summertime, so did my children. If you or any of your party need a dark place to sleep, I'd strongly recommend bringing a sleep mask.

One week stay

Eight of us stayed on this unit designed to accommodate 8. While we could technically fit 8 people to sleep there, the unit did not really accommodate 8. We ran out of toilet paper and given that there were only 9 plates, many of which were cracked and chipped we couldn't successfully eat 3 neals per day as a gamilt. The showerhead was broken which also made accomodations difficult

Great Stay

Perfect rental for a family (5 of us) or family +. Unit was exactly as described and the location was ideal. Short walk to slopes and easy walk back for lunch and at end of day. Parking was directly in front of the unit and the pool and restaurant are roughly a 1 minute walk. Even better communication with owners. Prompt responses and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. Will rent here again!

This place was the perfect location for a visit to Storyland and even downtown North Conway (about 10 mins away)! Rebecca was very accommodating and responsive and the place was perfect! Definitely will be returning!

Great Location

Perfect location! Right across from the mountain, quick walk to Matty B’s, pool, game room etc. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need and unit was very clean. Loved the gas fireplace. We almost brought friends for our kids and my only comment would be the 3rd “room” with the set of bunk beds would not be appropriate for little kids. But it was perfect for our family of 4. Owners were proactive and fast in all communications. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything you could need

This well equipped unit is located near the indoor pool and restaurant. It is clean, well laid out, and the property grounds are beautiful. We got takeout from the restaurant and the unit's kitchen is also equipped well for making a meal.

No Handrail in Stairway to Second Floor Bedrooms

I could not access the stairs to the second floor bedrooms. No handrail in staircase. I slept on an uncomfortable cold/hot leather couch on first floor. I never saw the second floor. First floor had a bathroom/tub/inadequate shower. Is it not a safety violation to NOT have a handrail in staircase? I have photos of the staircase. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity of the unit to the indoor pool and Attitash (unfortunately to our surprise Attitash activities were closed). One thing we noticed was the very low water pressure in the shower.

Cosy condo with a perfect location

We stayed at this property the last week of June. The location at Attitash is perfect. It’s supper close to the indoor pool/amenities building which we used daily. The bedroom set up worked well for us with the one bedroom having a queen/full and bunk bed with the loft with bunk bed. The other adult staying with us had the separate bedroom and we shared with the kids. It was hot (90’s) at the end of our stay but with the fans, everyone stayed comfortable even in the loft. The unit does not have a dinning table just the island bar stool and a two seater high top table. This worked fine for us but I wanted to mention it since I missed it when I read the original listing. The owners are truly lovely and we’re amazingly helpful when we had an issue accessing the patio due to a neighbors construction. We had a great stay and would definitely rent here again.
