The inside features fabulous designer art and furnishings, an open floor plan and moving walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. Beds: K, K, K This luxury vacation home in the exclusive Little Tuscany neighborhood is just minutes from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive! The resort-style yard is huge and features a pool, a spa, alfresco dining, a built-in BBQ and bar, a fire pit - plus bocce ball and horseshoe. There's also an upper patio overlooking the pool yard where you'll find a living pavilion with a lounge area and more outdoor dining. Staying at this property will be like vacationing at your own private resort! OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES As beautiful as the interiors of this home are - the outdoor spaces are the true crowning glory. The entire property has been walled for privacy. The fabulous yard features a pool, a spa, al fresco dining, a built-in BBQ and bar, a fire pit - plus bocce ball and horseshoe. There is also an upper patio that overlooks the pool yard - and features a lounge area and more outdoor dining. One step through the door and you'll know you have made the right choice. What a great place! So well appointed and stylish. Close to town and close to the tram. The hot tub and pool were a great place to hang out.

Great stay for a relaxing getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had more than enough space, and found the neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay at this Palm Springs home!!!The privacy is truly exceptional—tall hedges completely wrap the property, making it feel like a private oasis with no visibility from neighbors. The house is located on the north‑east side of Palm Springs, tucked into the hillside Little Tuscany neighborhood, which is quiet, secluded, and full of charm, with narrow, winding streets and panoramic views of the valley below. The views of Palm Springs from the property are beautiful both day and night.The backyard and large pool are absolutely exceptional and were hands‑down the best part of the house. The outdoor space is thoughtfully designed, with the patio area separated from the pool by a tiered backyard layout. This made it easy to relax, enjoy the incredible views, and still have separation from pool activity—ideal for both quiet mornings and lively afternoons.This was, without question, the best‑stocked kitchen we have ever experienced in a vacation rental—it had absolutely everything we needed. Another pleasant surprise was that the house actually shows better in person than in the photos, which rarely happens.Communication from the host was excellent throughout our stay. ACME is a truly superior management company—professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for privacy, views, and a peaceful Palm Springs getaway.

We loved this house and all it had to offer. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and the outside space was stunning. I can't wait to return.

Amazing Place

This home was all that we could have asked for. Very clean and stylish with plenty of room to spread out. The pool area was very private and an incredible place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Birthday Retreat

Six of us stayed here for 4 nights and only left once to go to dinner! This property is so beautiful and truly has a retreat feel. It has every amenity and kitchen gadget one could hope for! We all agreed we would definitely return!!

Amazing!

This house was everything and more. Beautiful pool, views, kitchen, and bedrooms. Fit 3 couples very comfortably and we didn’t want to leave. Would book again as often as available.

Palm Springs Oasis

The property was absolutely wonderful, & far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space for everyone, & the pool was amazing! Perfect for the July heat. The casita was perfect for watching movies after an evening out in town. Having the gym in the garage was also a great plus, & one you don’t find often with properties. Definitely would stay here again!

Disclosures were lacking upfront

The property was nice but smaller than appeared in pictures. Also the living room furniture was uncomfortable. We would have liked an option to check in earlier even if there was another fee and finally there were no disclosures about music outside before we checked in. It seems ridiculous for the price of the property to not be allowed any music outside.

Beautiful resort style home

We loved the house, it was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and overall gorgeous. I enjoyed the garage gym, the the backyard was the perfect space to spend the day. It was a great escape from reality!

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Home was spotless when we arrived, including the grill outside! Loved the pool, decor, Sonos speakers throughout, and the fact that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking tools. Had an issue with the A/C one morning, but the property management team was responsive and swiftly fixed the issue. Thanks, Acme! We are considering returning in the winter months. Highly recommend!

The location is fantastic - great views! The property itself could not have been better - absolutely beautiful. Incredibly cool and unique mid century/modern design. The privacy pool area also superb!! Definitely coming back to this property again in the future!!

Everything was perfect

This is an amazing property. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out, with a beautiful pool and incredible views. The kitchen is spacious, perfect for cooking more adventurous meals. With the grill/bar area outside it's an amateur chef's dream. For those working remote, we had four people working or in school all at the same time. We never had a single connectivity issue. It's an ideal location to get away to, whether it's working remote or a stress free vacation.

The location was close to town, but very private. I can honestly say I have no complaints about this property and would love to return!

A little annoying but no deal breaker.
