The main bedroom has amazing views looking straight out the headlands, split system air conditioner, smart TV and ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity wheelchair access , there is also a ceiling fan and access to the main balcony area to allow the sea breeze to flow through.

Shoal Bay boutique shops, Shoal Bay Country Club and a variety of restaurants, cafes and the famous Tomaree Mountain which offers magnificent views from the summit are all only a short 2.2km drive away. Nelson Bay is only 2.3km away in the other direction, Nelson Bay offers a variety of dining, cafes, shops, and aquatic activities at the marina including the Dolphin and Whale Watch Cruises.
