The heart of the home is a beautifully designed open-plan dining and kitchen area that seamlessly flows to two outdoor entertaining areas, each boasting captivating water views. This space is perfect for holiday feasts and relaxation.
For ultimate leisure, retreat to the second living area featuring double sliding doors that open to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, a private oasis for year-round enjoyment.
The main bedroom offers a serene sanctuary, complete with its own balcony showcasing uninterrupted water views. Three additional spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes ensure comfort for family and guests alike.
Perfectly positioned, this luxurious holiday home is just a five-minute stroll to the pristine sands of Bagnalls Beach and Corlette Reserve, and a quick three-minute drive to Salamander Bay Shopping Centre.
***This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition.****
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults maximum. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate two children guests 9 & 10 ($100), total maximum guest 10.
Bond- $1500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION - 3 Queens, 1 Singles and a Trundle
Additional costs when booking:
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towels and linen
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please see full terms and conditions.
