Hi Steve, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We wish we had known about the leaking upstairs toilet valve during your stay, as they would have gladly addressed it right away.- While mattress preferences can vary, this is the first comment we’ve received about the upstairs bed, and we’ll keep an eye on future feedback.- When notified about the pine needles on the deck, we immediately had the cleaner stop by to sweep. It’s a forested area, so some natural debris is expected, but we want to keep outdoor areas guest-ready.- The cleaner is new to the team and comes with strong references; she’ll also be completing a full deep clean of the home this month.- The floor transition noted is a standard molding strip, less than a ¼ inch between the kitchen and dining area. Thanks for your valuable feedback!

From the Owner: "Thank you for helping us improve other's experience. We'll make sure these details are conveyed to future visitors."

So glad you loved the house and that gorgeous property view! It's wonderful to hear the kitchen had everything you needed and that the hot tub added a little extra to the stay. We work hard to make sure every detail is ready for our guests, and feedback like this means a lot. Thank you for sharing your experience!
