Main Floor Queen Bedrooms
The main level includes two inviting bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and closet space for easy settling in.

Extra Sleeping Space
The living room sectional converts into a queen sleeper, with fresh linens conveniently stored right inside the sofa’s built‑in compartments.

Relaxation at Its Best - Private Hot Tub
Step onto the back deck and soak in your private hot tub, prepped before every stay and perfectly positioned for stargazing under the high desert sky.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire chalet, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the private hot tub on the back deck, the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, in‑unit washer and dryer, and all the amenities prepared for your stay.

We provide six guest passes, and if your group of eight wants full access, just message us — your comfort is our priority.

Other things to note
• The primary suite is located upstairs, so guests will need to use stairs to access it.
• The hot tub is professionally serviced before each stay. Please follow posted guidelines, including no glass in the hot tub area and using the cover when not in use.
• Running Y is a peaceful resort community and observes quiet hours. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise low in the evenings.
• Wildlife is common in the area. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
• Six resort guest passes are provided. If your group needs additional passes, message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Lost passes may result in a replacement fee from the resort.
• Parking is available directly in front of the chalet.
• Weather can vary depending on the season, and winter travel may require extra caution.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Families with children: the hot tub and jetted tub areas require supervision.
• We allow up to 2 dogs with prior approval. There is a $75 pet fee per stay to cover additional cleaning.
• Please keep dogs off the beds and furniture, clean up after them outdoors, and do not leave them unattended unless safely crated.
