Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home with air conditioning through out the home settled on a lush tropical 1 acre estate. Fully Equipped kitchen awaiting your arrival. Large covered lanai for great outdoor entertaining. WiFi , Large flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed & the second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a king bed. Private tennis court Steps away from lanai. Carport parking , Gas BBQ on lanai, South Maui living steps away from the stunning Keawakapu beach with breathtaking sunsets.

Family summer vacation

Amazing stay. House was exactly as advertised… location is perfect: across the street to the beach via public access. Easy walk down the beach to a pathway that attached for a few miles along the shore. House itself was perfect for a family. Yard, tennis, comfy living room and Well equipped kitchen.

Best House In Maui

I've stayed here more than a handful of times and it is an awesome home. It's difficult to find an actual house to rent in Maui and even more difficult to find one that matches the listing. I can honestly say this house will not disappoint as every room is set up comfortably. There is AC in every room and the house is literally right across from the beach. You can't beat the overall set up!

The house was perfect with ac throughout. Our stay was very comfortable, the area is quiet and is just a short walk to beach. We hope to be back soon and would love to stay here again.

A perfect family vacation home.

We loved the easy access to beach and all the beach equipment- chairs, towels,toys etc. Each day we took a drive to explore the island and voted our section of beach the best. Hope to return one day!

Amazing home

Don't hesitate. This home away from home is fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. For the beach you are set with a cooler, chairs and boogie boards. The mango tree in the back is a special treat just try to beat the chickens to the fruit! Beds were very comfortable. House was kept clean and the welcome gift was an added bonus. Thanks for everything!

Home away from home!

Amazing location, perfect for our extended family of 5. The flat level house worked great for my 70+ year old parents, our eight year old son loved the tennis courts, chickens and the various games and my husband and I watched the sunrise on the beach right across the street each morning. Thank you for an amazing vacation - exceeded expectations on all counts (and this is our 7th trip to Maui).

This home was so amazing. The layout, decor, cleanliness, location and amenities were perfect for our family of 5. We were a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach and central to Wailea and Kihei. The house has everything you need including beach chairs, towels, sand toys, boogie boards, tennis and pickle ball equipment, games and more! I personally have been coming to Maui my whole life annually except for a few years here and there, and this has been one of my favorite places to stay.

A cozy home within walking distance to the beach

We enjoyed the house for our family of 5, with 3 adult children. What a great place with air conditioning if you need it or leaving the windows open at night to allow the tropical breeze to flow through. Nicely appointed with all the needs for the beach and for staying at the home. Nice fans to help with the air circulation Great laundry facilities Comfortable Patio and BBQ stove. This is a place for us to return to. 2 Thumbs Up. Mahalo for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Wonderful, “classic” Mid-Century Maui vacation home

Nicely remodeled with new kitchen and baths! Very comfortable, well-maintained with beautiful grounds, and perfect for two couples or a family. The management office is very helpful and efficient. (They brought over bagged ice in 15 mins when we called to say that the icemaker was on the fritz. —-This is our second stay. (We liked it enough to come back for a second stay). We Really enjoyed this unit. Perfect location to a spectacular beach and the private tennis court is just off the patio. This is a wonderful, “low key” Kihei vacay home with a great “beach” vibe.

Great vacation spot

This was the perfect place for a Maui beach vacation. Walking across the street to a large, beautiful beach then coming back to a private and comfortable house made the trip. Quick trip up to Lahaina during off peak driving hours, but why drive anywhere? If you want the best meal that you've ever eaten and have masterfully mixed cocktails then Five Palms right across the street has you covered. Great poke at the patio at Ohana Seafood up the street. Walked the beach for miles. The bird show is a great way to wake up and enjoy a coffee while your brain catches up. The patio is a very comfortable place to relax and be social. The house had everything that we needed.

Thanksgiving visit - Nov. 18-23, 2018

The house is well laid-out and well furnished. A good beach is only a few steps away. We especially appreciated the beach/ocean equipment that was provided. The only draw-back is the street noise, which is notable in the early evening from traffic. Our grand-kids enjoyed putting out bird food and then we would try to identify all the types of birds. We would have appreciated having a separate recycling bin. Also, the tennis rackets were in very bad shape.

This house is an absolute gem!

This was our first trip to Maui and, luckily, we stumbled onto this property online. It was everything we hoped for and more. You cannot beat the location. It's a very short walk to an amazing beach and they have everything you'll need...chairs, towels, beach toys and a wagon to pull it all. The outdoor shower was very helpful in cleaning up. Where the house is situated is perfect too. Relatively short drive from the airport, but plenty of great restaurants and shops are all a short drive away. The house itself is very comfortable too. Plenty of room and stocked with everything you'll need. The tennis/pickleball court was a huge hit with our family. The mango tree just outside was an awesome surprise/treat! Getting to pick up and eat fresh mango every morning was so cool. And last but not least, Dan was wonderful. He helped with planning before our trip, made sure we had what we needed before we arrived and was on call during our stay in case we needed anything. Cannot recommend this property enough...book with extreme confidence!

Great Week!

We had a great time in Maui. We loved the home and it's location. This place had everything we needed. We wanted to snorkel, boogie board, and just hangout at the beach in Maui and this home had the equipment for us to do that. We went to four different beaches in Maui. Each time, our kids asked to go back to the beach across the street. The other beaches had rough surf or too much coral which made it shallow. "Our beach" was the best place to swim and wasn't crowded and we were even there for the 4th of July. We only ate out twice so the kitchen and BBQ were helpful and much needed. Plus eating in saved us a ton of money. Kehei is a great location. There are tourists, but it isn't touristy at all. Compared to other parts of the island, it didn't seem too busy. We would definitely use this property again.

Maui home away from home

I've had the privilege of visiting Maui 8 times and using VRBO to book private vacation homes in other locations countless times over the years. This home, and our experience with Dan was simply THE BEST I've ever experienced. The home, the pictures, the location - what you see is what you get... plus more. First and most importantly - the beds were all VERY comfy with great sheets. Second, when we travel, we like to cook like we're at home which typically means we need to bring extras, like a salad spinner, sharp knives, tea towels etc. All of that was unnecessary for this trip - the kitchen was so well equipped. Given that we were arriving late, we asked that Dan put some staples in the fridge before our arrival. Everything was there as requested and there was obscene surcharge. This owner/manager team know what customers of this caliber of home expect. It shows in the small things like providing Williams Sonoma hand soap & lotion in both bathrooms and kitchen, a tool box including extra batteries for the remotes and enough cleaning and paper products to last the entire stay vs. having to restock within two days. Simply put, they make you feel like a valued guest as opposed to an untrustworthy tenant. I can't wait to bring my family back to this home for another, longer stay!

Home Away From Home

We are lucky to live in Maui full time and rented Laulea as we were having friends and family in town and wanted to offer a central location for them to meet. The entrance to Keawekapu Beach, our favorite on Maui, is across the street and the main driver for the rental. The house feels very homey - there is some age to it but it adds character. The appliances are new (awesome fridge with carbonated water settings!) and the bedding and sheets are also new. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough for more than one person to prep dinner. The best part was the outdoor area, as there is a large lanai and a grassy area to relax outside. We loved having breakfast and late night drinks around the large round table, catching up with friends and family. Kula Estate is 4 properties on a semi-private drive. This is a great option if you want your own space. There is no pool or air conditioning but we didn't need either. One of our biggest concerns was the number of burglaries on this drive, as folks in Maui know that these are rentals and visitors let down their guard and keep windows/doors open. There was ample security - a home security system, a lockbox and secure doors. Also, Dan the property manager was super helpful when we accidentally left 4 folding chairs behind. He found them right away and we were able to pick them up between renters. Thanks again - if we have friends/family visit again, we will definitely recommend this property!

Perfect for a quick getaway or a longer vacation

Super-good location, it says Kihei, but it is really only few yards away from Wailea border, meaning nicer neighborhood. Awesome beach steps away, close to the stores, coffee shops, etc. The house is great, everything worked well, air-conditioning in every room. There is a tennis court steps away, if that's important. Can't wish for a better place!

Perfect Location and Well Stocked

This property is perfect in every way. It is located right across the street from a beach access point which is a very short walk to an outstanding beach which is a fantastic place to watch the sunset. It is within minutes to all the high end resorts, shops and restaurants of Wailea while also minutes form the more casual area of Kihei. It was also an easy location to reach the airport and to the sunrise bike tour. The house is very nice and well stocked, from items you'd need to cook to beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The tennis court is in good shape and we were the only house to play while we were there. The patio and landscaping makes you want to spend all your time outside. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four consisting of two teenagers, although you could definitely put a few more in it. We would recommend this house to anyone and we would stay here again. Dan was extremely helpful prior to our trip on restaurant suggestions and during, helping us with a late checkout.

Great place to spend a week on maui

Close to beach, restaurants and a little away from the busy part of the town. AC is great to have when it’s that hot. Everything we needed was there to use.

Amazing time in Kihei

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The house is superb. Spacious, modern and clean. The location right across the street from the beach can’t be beat. And as a tennis loving family, we loved having the court to play on. We would love to stay there again someday soon.
