Welcome to this 3BR/2BA chalet that can comfortably sleep 10 guests with a spacious living room & bedrooms. This beautifully furnished home can comfortably sleep 10 people and features: a private hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, in-suite laundry, patio w/BBQ, W/D and TV w/cable. Located in the hills with easy access to some great hiking trails & away from the Village noise but only within minutes of Whistler Village. Enjoy true ski in & walk 200M then ski-out access during the season!
Access to ski lifts:
Ski out: 200M walk to the ski trail where you can put on your skis
Ski in: You can ski directly back to the complex!
Located next to/on the ski mountain and nestled up from the Village offering privacy and serene tree views. This is a true ski-in & 200M walk to ski out home! The Benchlands/upper Village area have some of the best restaurants in Whistler & most of the 5 star hotels! Far enough up the hill to enjoy the beautiful BC nature and tranquility, while being just steps to the ski hill and only a 5 minute commute to Whistler Village via car or fast, frequent & free shuttle that stops 100M away from the home. 10 minute walk to Upper village & 20 minute walk to Main village.
**Starting April 2026, and lasting approximately 6 weeks, there will be a parkade and membrane project taking place in the complex that is expected to cause some noise and construction issues**
