Not clean

We arrived to messes from previous guests and cannot get ahold of the property owner. There was garbage in multiple rooms, dust everywhere, toothpaste in the sink, and other small messes. The property did not have enough towels for everyone to use. I messaged the property owner once in April and again when we arrived to the mess and didn’t receive a response either time. The property has a for sale sign in the front so I assume the property owner is not keeping up with maintenance since they are selling the home. Overall disappointed with the experience.

Beat up

The house is pretty beat up. The beds have a lot to be desired. Big holes in some of the mattresses. I don’t think the sheets were clean. Left host three messages, and they did not return one message. House is for sale. If I was Evolve, I would remove this house from our listings.

Plenty of space for two families

This is a very spacious house for 8-10 people. The pictures make it seem a bit more updated but it was fine for us. Very well stocked for cooking all your meals. Very accommodating for a family vacation, good neighborhood, quiet except the busy street. Great views. Comfortable beds.

Quick trip for family wedding

This property worked well when our family was in Lake Havasu City for a nieces wedding. There were 7 adults and 3 kids and it held us all comfortably. The house needs a little TLC because things are showing wear but it was clean.

Nice family home

House was nice and had everything that we needed it is a little older than the listing makes it seem. But overall it was great , big for family and great stay. AC worked great.

Great stay!

The home was clean upon arrival. The space was large, each room was large and accommodating for all guests. Our family spent most of our time outside in the pool and playing mini golf.

We had a group of 11 people. The house had 6 extra rolls of toilet paper not including the ones in use. It's a 5 bedroom. We were out the second day. I notified them and they said they had more in the locked hallway closet. Dirty floors, beds, pool, cigarette butts in front and back. I tried to work with the owner, however the next renter needs to know what to expect. The house needs maintenance in a lot of areas. Not one towel in kitchen. All in the dryer. Trash liners not in any cans. Dishwasher filthy! Never before have I seen a place not ready for rent. Such a beautiful place for a big group. All of the above is fixable.

Excellent house for our trip to Lake Havasu! Lots of fun activities in the house and outdoor area to keep the kids entertained and plenty of room inside for our families.

Good location and nice view

This house has a good location and view. It also has a great hot tub and the pool is ok. However the entire inside was in need of maintenance for example.: the toilet in the master ran all night, the mirror is from the 70’s, the furniture is all chipped and hinges need adjustment, the kitchen is ok but from the 80’s with things sort of not working, the area around the pool is dangerous with cracked drains, trip hazards, pealing concrete, the garage door was difficult to find the button, and sheets were all cheap. Worst of all the towels were so thread bare that I would only use them to dry my dog if they were there. The word art is not good. Even with all that is had great tvs and lots of rooms and good couches and lounge areas. Do some updates and it would be great. Since we come every year we will try another with better bathrooms.

I’ve stayed here more than once!

The beds in this place are so comfortable! I love that there is 5 bedrooms and room for our whole big family to have a room to stay in. 3 bathrooms is also a big plus. The pool table is in a great location to have fun and still all be together, and it looks brand new! The pool in the backyard and spa is nice and private. The view of the lake and sunsets are stunning! I enjoyed my stay here every time!

Well, the house overall for space was good for what we needed. The pictures I assume are of years prior. The house is a bit outdated. The cleanliness outside of the house needs work. Inside a well. Dust balls on the fans. Back yard was a disaster when we arrived. Spent 30 minutes cleaning just to feel comfortable. Summary, pictures are misleading, property was not clean by any means, piles up old parts behind the spa. Golf cups are out of the ground and not usable. Old pool items scattered about. Space was good overall. Cleanliness, lack of wow factor and overall appearance is not good. Would not rent this property ever again.

Dirty!

We we’re pretty disappointed when we checked into this home. The laundry room was full of towels that need to be washed. Most of the dishes we used we had to wash before we used them as the had old food dried onto them. The trash cans were so stuffed with garbage we had no where to put any trash for the first two days so we stacked it on the side of the house till the dumpsters were emptied. The floors were filthy. Everyone’s feet looked as if they had been walking on the street for the day. We found multiple empty beer cans in the pool and under couches when we arrived. And at checkout when we stripped all the beds we found the mattress had large urine stains on them. It was pretty disappointing for how much we paid to stay at this house. It has a lot of potential, but not well maintained

Great house for fun and families!

Our group was two large families staying together at the property for spring break. The layout of the house is wonderful for entertainment and activities. The outdoor area was great and very private. Pool and hot tub were great, and we loved playing bean bags by the pool. At night we could sit outside and enjoy the seating for cards and games. The views are incredible with mountains all around you, and you can even see the water when you're sitting in the hot tub. Some items and areas are a bit outdated and could use some TLC but other than that everything was great for our group.
