3 chambres 3 salles de bain Ocean Breeze Villa située dans la populaire plage de South Forest! 5 minutes à pied de la plage. La chambre principale a un lit king, la première chambre d'hôtes à l'étage a deux lits jumeaux, l'autre chambre d'hôtes au premier étage a un lit queen, et un canapé-lit est disponible dans la salle familiale. Chaque chambre offre sa propre salle de bain privée, beaucoup d'espace de rangement et plusieurs commodes. Entièrement mis à jour avec télévision à écran plat partout, wifi / câble gratuit, 4 vélos gratuits, terrasse arrière privée avec grill électrique, tennis gratuit et 3 piscines dans le complexe. La piste cyclable derrière la villa vous mènera directement à la plage ou juste en bas de la rue est la populaire Coligny Plaza.

La cuisine a tout! Il est équipé d'appareils haut de gamme et de tous les articles dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et profiter de manger ou de griller! Le salon a une vue magnifique sur la cour arrière et joliment décoré avec des meubles confortables. La salle à manger est juste à côté de la cuisine et offre une vue imprenable sur les chênes moussus à l'arrière et une table à manger pour 6 personnes.

Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée dans cette villa et elle est très décorée avec de très beaux meubles, une vue imprenable, de l'intimité et à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage! Cette unité est directement en face de la piscine la plus proche! Il y a 3 piscines ouvertes du 1er avril au 1er octobre et non chauffées, un court de tennis, de nombreuses zones de promenade et des lagunes avec plans d'eau! C'est juste magnifique et relaxant! Cette villa a été équipée comme chez nous, car elle fait partie du temps! Nous travaillons ici assez souvent et le tenons à jour, propre et agréable pour nos locataires!

While the condo was clean and the bedrooms were fine, the number of faults with the condo were beyond any reasonable expectation, as follows: 1) sizable hole in main floor despite being advertised as having “brand new floors”, along with holes in the ceiling; 2) water leakage in the fridge and a dishwasher that shut off randomly despite claim that condo “is equipped with high end appliances”; 3) random outages of the electrical outlets on one wall of the main floor, which was our main concern (potential hazard) that also caused simultaneous internet outages; and 4) outdoor patio door extremely sticky with screen purposely set aside. While the host was quite responsive to our queries and concerns (my rationale for the ’Poor’ instead of ‘Terrible’ rating), the main issues were unresolved. The host did arrange for a maintenance worker to fix the electrical problem, but he/she was a no-show and would not accommodate another time suitable to us. It would have been nice to have had more explicit guidance on condo usage (e.g., no heating the first night until we figured out how to reset the thermostat the following day; location of a fire extinguisher, which was empty). While the backyard was as advertised, the industrial-sized waste containers on the other side of the fence were noisily emptied early most mornings by heavy machinery. Perhaps it was just our bad luck, but this condo should not have been listed without a thorough inspection before release.

Based on this review please take it with a grain of salt. I have a 9.4 excellent review…. This guest from day one complained. He was told before his trip that there is a soft spot in the family room that needs repaired. There is not a hole simply a soft spot. I could have cancelled his trip instead to have it repaired. These floors were done 2 years ago and due to moisture we need to repair. This is very common on the island. Again, no hole and the spot is getting repaired this month. There is not a hole in the ceiling either! The ceiling is poppy ceiling and there is a tiny slit of the paint that just needs redone. Again, no hole and amazed someone would have the nerve to even say this. The fridge did have a small leak, but we arrive next week and plan to replace it. It still works so not a big deal. The dishwasher didn’t work because he had a switch off. Again, it worked! The thermostat was set on vacation mode and changed by a guest. I offered our maintenance man to come fix the outlet that wasn’t working. Unfortunately, Peter would not allow him to come while he was out and about and would only give our maintenance guy a one hour window the two days. You get what you pay for. $135 a night is a steal. I would recommend paying for a more expensive place if your high maintenance. Peter also complained about the free bikes and gave the owners wife at sharkys a hard time. Some people you can’t please and Peter is one. I make sure our condo is clean and do my best!

Just a great space to relax in and get rest. Quick walk to the beach and close to great food.

I loved it. Would recommend the TV in the main room be a Smart TV or have a Roku type attachment.

Great stay here

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, you're just a 5 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Plenty of room too. The complex is quiet and well kept. Watch out for the speed bumps though. There is a pool very close to the unit also. I recommend the Frosty Frog for drinks, and the Sea Shack for seafood (locals spot). And Kayak Hilton Head is a good spot for renting kayaks, which we all did there..

Spent the winter holidays at Beth's place with my mom and my 15-lb dog. Had a great stay, the walk to the beach is really lovely and we had everything we needed at the condo for meals and unwinding. Lovely stay!

Great location and space!

Our family stayed here for a spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. There were three pools on the property which was fun for our kids. The bike path behind the property went straight to the public beach access-so convenient! It’s very close to coligny and sea pines so you have access to a multitude of shops and restaurants as well as attractions.

This property was exactly as advertised. One bedroom was on the main floor, perfect for my mother in law. The beds were comfy and loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Best feature: bikes!!

Great location to walk to beach. Owner was very responsive to all our questions. House was fine but would be if it from a few things like more pillows for the beds, potholders, info on location of trash, favorite restaurants, directions to beach, etc. we had to call the owner, who was responsive, for everything!

Lovely condo

Beth was a pleasure to work with throughout this booking… family issues dictated schedule change, etc. The condo is super sweet! It was clean and the layout was perfect. I could see 6 people having gads of room in this place!! We hope to return on future trips to HH. The walk to the beach was simple… about 1 mile on a paved path. Great beach- clean and pleasant!

Enjoyed Hilton head and riding bikes, the beach was not very far just a short walk or bike ride, just be prepared to take mosquito spray, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was broken, upstairs master bed needs to have the mattress replaced.

The condo could stand some updating but overall was really nice. The location to Coligny was really nice. The walk to the beach was .6 miles. It isn’t a bad walk just a little far depending on how much you are carrying. A cart or wagon is highly recommended. The AC is the best we have had so far which was a plus. Also the water pressure for the showers was outstanding. Being really close to the pool was also a nice bonus.

Clean, comfy, pet friendly

Great property with three bedrooms. Clean. Stayed for two weeks while our current home is going thru renovations. My sons were able visit for a few days. And there were no issues with accommodating 4 adults. Wireless was stable—important because we were working. All beds were very comfy. Pet friendly home and location. Great for walking dog. Short drive to Adler beach access. TVs with cable in all rooms. Would definitely stay again.

We Had A Great Time

The place was exactly what we needed for six adults, two dogs, and a toddler. If you have beyond that, it might feel a little cramped. The only gripe I would have is it's not super close to the beach, but we knew that going into it and in a place like Hilton Head (where it's easy to bike and there's so much to do), it's not a problem. Having the option for bikes was super helpful for our group. Communication was great. We'd definitely stay with Beth again.

Disappointing -

Fourth year in this neighborhood. Stayed for six weeks. Least desirable unit we’ve had. Lots of issues that we reported to owner - owner took care of problems, but they should have been spotted long before my arrival, including no heat and air conditioning for over a week. The owners seem to use the cheapest way possible address problems, of which there are many. Unit should be updated

I’m so disappointed to read this. Unfortunately, the heater broke and we had no idea. We did get it repaired and had a whole new duct system installed. I do my best to make all guests happy. We are constantly updating our unit and most guests love our place.

Loved every minute at this Hilton Head getaway

Property was perfect for our Mom and Son trip! When your 17 year old still wants to go on vacation with his mom you make it happen. Even better when you each bring your best friend! The townhouse was lovely! 3 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom made it perfect! Kitchen was well equipped. The shower in the master upstairs was great and the beds were all comfy. The washer and dryer were also a plus. Nice starter packs of soap, tp, laundry and dishwashing detergent were provided. Pool was almost directly across from the unit. The bikes made getting to the beach a breeze. Bike rides in the evening to Coligny Plaza for dinner and bike rides on the beach we're also enjoyable. Beth was awesome throughout the whole process from booking to questions when we were in Hilton Head. A quick text to Beth was answered quickly and efficiently, couldn't ask for a better host. Make sure to check out the main pool, short walk from townhouse. Bigger, deeper pool with lovely deck and overlook area. Both pools were nice and never crowded. Townhouse was perfect for our needs and made our first trip to Hilton Head a dream. Would book this place again in a heartbeat, next time bringing our pup with us as the townhouse and complex is pet friendly. Only reason we didn't bring her is my husband would be too lonely without her!

Misrepresented and poorly maintained

The trip started off on a bad note and didn’t get much better. When we went to the property management company our parking passes were not there and they were closed. When they opened on Monday I learned that the property was being managed by a different company although and had to go there to get the passes. I also feel that the listing misrepresented the actual condition of the property; for example the description says there are “high end” appliances in the kitchen. They might have been nice once, but now they are all rusted and in some cases being held together by duct tape. The cold water faucet in one of the upstairs bathroom was not wrong and was actually not even attached. The cookware and dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned prior to use. And the floors were probably recently replaced because of water damage (there was clear evidence of this under the kitchen sink) but I don’t think the damage to the subfloor was addressed; there were several soft spots on the ground floor, one in the kitchen was so bad that we were careful not to step there because we didn’t want to make it worse (or fall in). The shower heads all had hard-water buildup so they sprayed in all directions; several outlets didn’t work; the bikes were unusable as they were literally falling apart; one of the two chairs in the back porch was broken; one of the lamps in the living room was missing a kno

Hi Katie! I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, the management company who manages all of the units wasn’t doing a good job so we just changed companies July 1st. Everything now has been going smoothly! I apologize for the confusion!! As far as the floors we just had them redone. The moisture is an issue for all units and this is common. I just called them to look at the soft spots. As far as the handle it’s now fixed. As soon as you told me about the issue I sent a maintenance man in to fix. Unfortunately, I manage this unit from Ohio and rely on my guests to notify me of any issues. I’m good about sending someone in to fix any issue. The bikes are always being maintained or switched out. I have considered not offering them, but all my guests usually love them. I try my best to stay on top of everything and usually my guest are all very happy. I actually have many returning guests. I apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and 3 “adult” children, along with 1 grand dog spent Thanksgiving here and couldn’t have been happier. The unit was clean, comfortable, kitchen stocked, great walk to beach and we will all be back. Beth was AMAZING and very attentive to any questions I had. Oh - and the bikes - FABULOUS!!

Great location for teens

This condo worked out great for our spring break trip with our teens. The bikes are a must! The bike path that runs behind the condo is wonderful for the kids to go to and from the beach independently. So close to all the shops and piggly wiggly (which has a better seafood selection than Publix) Beth dealt with any issues in a prompt and friendly manner. FYI the shower on main floor is very small in size, could not accommodate a large adult or someone over 6’. They would need to use an upstairs bathroom for sure. The condo needs a little TLC but overall we were very happy having had the chance to stay there!

Beth was very easy to work with! Any questions we had, she responded in a timely manner. The villa was spacious as stated. Needs some TLC! Furniture (couch, chair and recliner) are soiled and worn. Ceramic tiles in kitchen area are loose. Outlets in upstair bathrooms do not work. Cleaning crew could do a better job on this place! This villa has lots of possibilities.

Hi Kathy! Thank you so much for your feedback. I was not aware of the outlet so I will send someone in to fix it. The tiles have been fixed, but unfortunately did not stay so we are replacing the floor this fall. We are booked solid this time of year. We were just there and replaced some items.
