LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Welcome to the happiest place on earth! Roomy,
cozy, warm, and inviting single level 2BR/2BA home is a downstairs unit in the
Townhomes at 1849 Condos - JUST STEPS to Mammoth Mountain! Parking is just two
steps away from the front door parking with no stairs to climb here! An
enormous wall of south facing windows provide fabulous morning coffee views of
SUNRISES over the Sherwin Mountains and romantic SUNSETS of the ski runs to
die for! Toast the end of each day in front of a crackling fire in the rustic
rock fireplace. A full-size kitchen with everything you will need to help make
your stay relaxing and enjoyable. For your entertainment, there is a 50inch
Roku flat screen TV in the living room and 30 inch TVs in both bedrooms.
Complimentary wireless internet, unlimited firewood, and 2 outdoor parking
spaces* are also included! You won't need to drive once you arrive, enjoy the
free round trip rides to the Village aboard the Canyon/Village Gondola. For
all-day transportation, stops for the Blue Line and Town Trolley are literally
just steps from the condos front door...of course there is no charge - it's
Mammoth, Baby! *Please note: cars parked outside must be temporarily moved
during snowstorms for snow removal. 1849 Condos amenities include 3 Jacuzzis
(2 outdoor, 1 Indoor), Heated Pool (weather permitting), Sauna, Rec Room,
laundry areas (soap provided), and complimentary hot beverages served all day
during the winter in the lobby. By the way, the 1849 staff is welcoming,
