It was an amazing stay, but the only issues was no heat in the Master Bedroom, no awareness that needed to bring extra trash bags & paper towels.

Luxury Cabin Stay

I went with a group of friends and this house was impressive! Plenty of space for a small group of friends to hang out. Close by to numerous wineries, the location was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway with great accommodations.

Awesome cabin in the mountains

Thoroughly enjoyed using this cabin, very secluded in the woods very large deck all the way around outside beautiful large kitchen and dining room. Plenty of seating in the living room for relaxing.

What a wonderful house surrounded by nature! Great fire pit outside and a wonderful hot tub. We enjoyed the large kitchen and the beautiful fireplace with plenty of room for everyone.

Perfect family getaway

We loved everything about this property. The home was the perfect size for our family winter trip (10 people) and we really enjoyed the local areas to explore. The kitchen had more dishes and small appliances than you could possibly need. The owners have thought thoroughly about anything you might need while there. The hot tub was amazing and I would stay here many times again.

Everything was ready to go and check in was super easy. The house had everything we needed and provided a great space for a get together with old friends. Getting into town takes 20 minutes but that’s to be expected when you pick a place in the mountains.

Perfect mountain retreat

This house was absolutely perfect for a group of 10 friends. Very spacious, lots of comfortable gathering areas. Tammy and her maintenance team (Donnie) were so communicative and helpful during our stay. The large kitchen was fantastic! Would definitely stay again. Can’t say enough great things about this host/house!

Family get away

My family, brothers, sister-in-laws and parents (10 total) booked this house for a long weekend away and we’re not disappointed. The house was great, tons of room with different entertainment areas and was very clean. Very quiet location in the woods with a nice drive to the residence. Would definitely recommend this house.

Early Spring Stay

The property is very nice and as advertised. Very spacious and in a quiet, remote location. Went hiking nearby one day and just stayed on the property to enjoy the amenities another day. About 20 minutes from town where you can get all your supplies if you're just looking to stay on the property for the stay. Our entire group enjoyed it and would recommend it to others.

Wonderful house for a large group!

The house was great and checking in/communication was very easy. We even got to enjoy the Christmas tree! We made use of the movie room, hot tub, fireplace, and hiked trails nearby. The wifi was excellent, which can be rare! A few notes for future guests -- some of the cookware has seen better days and some standard items are missing, the beds are on the softer side (a matter of taste), and you might run into the odd ladybug inside.

Wonderful Hosts

This is a very nice property and the hosts were exceptional by preparing their place for a day long power outage. The temperature was exceptionally cold during our winter stay but the hosts not only had a whole house generator for the power outage (so our comfort was seamless), they kept the house cozy and warm with a great heating system and wonderful hottub. Highly recommend this getaway set-up!

Beautiful property with more than what you need

This property is truly amazing. Not only is it beautiful but the owners have thought of everything. Movies, board games, every appliance you could ever need, including a cotton candy maker! The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The owner was very easy to contact and gave our group fantastic suggestions for activities and a wonderful catering company.

Awesome location and beautiful home

We selected this home as a home base for a friends hiking trip. It was perfect! The location was ideal. It is tucked away in the woods with plenty of privacy, but it is close enough to shopping and all of the trails we wanted to hike. The house was super clean and well furnished. If you cook, you will need to bring all condiments (salt, pepper etc.), but there are plenty of pots, pans and all needed appliances. We had an awesome time!

One of the best rentals in Shenandoah

I've been to many rentals in broader Shenandoah/Northwest Virginia area and this property is one of the best I've stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, utensils, tools, etc. and they weren't just flimsy plastic to throw away. The living was full of power reclining chairs with USB plugs. The house and property was gorgeous PLUS being setback from the road made you feel like you had gotten away from it all. I hope I can book this place again for a getaway with friends and family!!

Above and Beyond

The mountains are way outside of our comfort zone yet the best choice for my birthday girl's trip. The 9 of us had a ball. The property is beautiful. Everything we expected. I had a medical emergency and Tammi did everything to help me. She was able to get my asthma medication delivered to me so I didn't have to go back down the mountain while it was dark. I will always remember that. Even the maintenance worker helped and made me feel comfortable. Me & the ladies enjoyed every bit of our time there. This trip is unforgettable for so many reasons. 54th Birthday R&R at the Tea Mountain Resort

Overall the stay was great ! The cabin was amazing.There were webs and many of my questions didn’t get answered prior to arrival, to better prepare us for our weekend, but everyone enjoyed our stay. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom was not comfortable, per my two daughters and we couldn’t locate a set of lights . You may not have reception..as half of our family could not use thier cell phones for calling out . I would most likely book this place again.. Some members are already looking for dates .💕
