Details: Part of Cedar Crest Cottages, a historic retreat thatâs attracted visitors since the 1930s, Osprey Cottage offers a peaceful escape for couples visiting the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. Accommodating up to 2 guests, this home features 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom. Guests will love walking to the beach for a day of swimming in Tahoeâs famous, pristine waters and gathering for lively nights around the community firepit, surrounded by towering cedar trees. Beginner-friendly ski terrain is only a short drive away at Homewood Mountain Resort, with more advanced ski trails available at nearby Palisades Tahoe!
This beautiful single-story home is located on the second level of a 2-story cottage. Inside, radiant-heat floors, wood-paneled walls, and natural wooden accents create a mountain cottage atmosphere mixed with contemporary convenience. The living space invites tranquil evenings relaxing on the loveseat and streaming movies. The fully equipped kitchen and 4-seat dining table are a few steps away, where guests can enjoy romantic home-cooked dinners. For extended stays, there is a stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet. When the evening winds down, retire to the primary bedroom with a plush king bed, private bathroom, and access to a covered patio with 2 chairs.
Osprey Cottage offers a charming Lake Tahoe getaway minutes from the beach and ski access. Exploring the area is easy with on-site parking for 1 vehicle. The nearest beach access is a quick walk. Turn left out of the complex, walk to Fern Street, cross the road, and follow the braided cement path to the beach. Book today and plan an epic mountain vacation.
