Hi Chelsea, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: - We would first like to thank you for choosing our home for your stay! - We're truly sorry that you made an error with the dates while making your reservation. We do all that we can to accommodate guest requests, you reached out to Evolve just five days before your scheduled check-in date, and unfortunately, the dates you requested to change to had previously been booked by another guest. We offered the flexibility for you to choose other dates, to which you declined, and although you were outside of the cancelation policy to cancel with any refund, I offered you the option to cancel with a 50% refund, to which you declined and decided to keep your reservation. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
