The incorrect lockbox code kicked off disappointing accommodations. The condo was not cleaned including a cockroach in the oven, Wi-Fi was incorrect until the very last day of our stay. We could not use any of the amenities as the owner is unpaid to the community. We could not get a refund otherwise we would’ve moved immediately. Beware! Do not put yourself and your family through renting this condo.

This property was exactly as pictured. It was beautiful and you walk out the front, you're at the beach. You walk out the back, you're at the pool. The trolleys were right in front of our house To pick us up, you could not ask for a better location. I will definitely be going back.

We could not get a refund otherwise we would've movedimmediately. Beware! Do not put yourself and your family through renting this condo. Had a friend come and was told they couldn’t park in the spaces provided for guests that their car would be towed No laundry basket. Beach accessories were a mess . The couch felt like you were sitting on the floor. Could not use the pool, which was very disappointing. Letters on the door stating we couldn’t use anything to do with the amenities in the process of disputing it on our charge. We understand the condo is it foreclosure and has a lien on it.

PROS: The check-in process was easy and the location is great. Right across the street from the public beach and the trolley stops right in front of the building CONS: At check-in the condo was dirty. We used the supplies there and went out to buy some to clean it before we got settled in. The glass patio door was shattered and we received a message someone would be there on Tuesday to replace it. We made arrangements to be out of the condo all day to accommodate that repair and returned back to find it still shattered. We had received communications prior to the trip that we would not be able to use the pool and were ok with that. There was a note on the counter when we checked in that we could. So we thought that was great until there was a knock at our door about half way through the trip from the property manager. She had legal papers in hand and shared that we in fact, could not use the amenities. It's 4ft at the shallow end so we weren't planning to use it anyway, but we weren't really interested in getting involved in an ongoing dispute between the owner and property managers while on vacation.I did reach out about a refund for the remainder of the trip mid-week (to possibly book a different place) and received a response that my message was being reviewed but never heard anything after that.

Everything is awesome!

Location was awesome. First floor easy to get in and out of. Trolley stop for free rides located right outside the condo. World class beach right across the street. Wash off station right outside the condo too. Amenities were awesome. Pool, clubhouse, grills, gated and covered parking. Great communication with assistant. Couldn't be more pleased!

Overall Experience

The property was amazing! The location is perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was steps away from the front door. There were a few drawers in the kitchen that were broke and unable to use (the silverware being the main one). And the rule about having to do laundry if we use more than 1 towel per person was kinda difficult. When my family and I go on vacation, we go with the intent of not doing any laundry or heavy cleaning. It’s very difficult to just have 1 towel for 7 days. We were using beach towels just to try and prevent doing laundry (which is located right beside the trash shoot). Other than this towel rule and the few broken drawers, our stay was great!

Terrible experience.We arrived excited for our family vacation, but before we even checked into the condo, we were informed that there were serious issues involving the owner and the condominium association. Our vacation immediately turned into stress and uncertainty.On the very first day, we were given official documents stating that we could not use the amenities and common areas that were advertised in the listing. We considered leaving and finding another place to stay, but nothing else was available, so we had no choice but to remain.It was extremely disappointing to discover that amenities advertised in the listing were restricted. Even more concerning, we later learned that multiple other guests experienced the same issue before and after our stay.Had we known the true situation before booking, we never would have rented this property. We cannot recommend this condo to future guests.

There was a safety concern with the glass sliding door, having shards of glass sticking out, pieces still being found on the floor, and the fact that there was not the added security of the sliding glass door being shut and locked. We are glad we had no little kids because that would have been a major safety concern. It was supposed to be fixed on Tuesday. It was never fixed.We got a visit from the property manager on Tuesday, letting us know we couldn’t use any of the amenities And that there is a sheriff on premisesThe walls were dirty. The baseboards were dirty. There was a roach in the bottom of the oven. The tile in the enclosed porch was cracked in the floor was bowed.The property sleeps 8. There were 5 of us. We had 2 wash rags. Some had to use the beach towels as towels for the shower. The sheets in the room closest to the kitchen smelled. The duvet cover had stains and smelled. The other bedroom one of the sheets had stains on it. There was mold in the bathroom showers.The Wi-Fi password was wrong, but we were able to figure that out. I contacted evolve the managing property and they would have to reach out to the owner who would never get back to them If you have booked this for an upcoming vacation, I would cancel immediately and find something else The first day one of my friends didn't wear shoes her feet were BLACK!

Winter vacation disappointment

The location and condominium complex is great. The pool is wonderful. The condo unit was in need of an overall cleaning. The beds are comfortable but all the furniture needs updating. Very uncomfortable and dirty. Kitchen silverware is mismatched miscellaneous. The Linia blinds are broke. I would not recommend or stay here again.

overall we loved the location and the condo the lanai was wonderful, especially with all of the supplies however, I hate to say but we did not love the back door set-up leading out of the lanai-its almost impossible to get out of the door with the cart due to the angle of the door I wish that would be redone to make it an easier in and out process otherwise a great place to stay

Property is located across the street from Siesta Key Beach. It is the public beach so it gets crowded on the weekends. Pool area is a wonderful! Condo is on the bottom floor so don't expect great views. A little dusty on arrival. Overall sufficiently clean.

The condo came with everything that you needed including beach chairs, beach towels, and toys. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. The pool was wonderful. The location was perfect . The best beach was just right across the street. It was also close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.
