Vous ne pouvez pas obtenir beaucoup plus proche de l'eau que cela! ÉTAPES pour le sable avec une vue imprenable sur Siesta Beach à partir de chaque chambre! Le Golfe semble vous entourer depuis cette magnifique unité 2BD 2BA entièrement rénovée au 4ème étage. Juste un court trajet en bas de l'ascenseur du 4ème étage et vous êtes sur le sable!

L'unité donne également sur la piscine chauffée Beachfront!

"Coastal chic" peut être utilisé pour décrire cette unité Beachfront complètement remodelé. L'attention aux détails est apparente lorsque vous entrez dans l'unité pour trouver un concept ouvert Salon / salle à manger / cuisine avec vue sur le golfe tout autour! Le salon s'ouvre sur un grand balcon / patio privé en forme de «L», idéal pour profiter des couchers de soleil et d'une vue fabuleuse sur Siesta Beach.

La chambre principale a deux lits Queen et ouvre également sur le balcon privé. La chambre d'amis contient deux lits doubles avec un dressing. Les deux salles de bains sont complètement rénovées. Pratique laveuse Bosch et sécheuse dans l'unité. Deux télévisions à écran plat - une dans le salon et une dans la chambre principale.

Les chaises de plage, parasol et jouets de plage fournis dans l'unité. Internet haute vitesse Verizon et télévision par satellite avec plus de 200 chaînes, chaîne hi-fi et téléphone fournis. Accès facile au barbecue en bord de plage avec terrasse. Accès très facile à une place de parking dédiée.

Very nice!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable! It was steps from the beach and pool! The beach is absolutely beautiful! The pool was very nice! We would definitely stay here again! The beds are very comfortable and having two full bathrooms was so nice! We had a great week!

Unbelievable view!

We came down for Thanksgiving with the family and with the timing being so close to the hurricanes we weren’t certain what we would find. It ended up far exceeding our expectations not only is the condo beautiful with incredible views, but dealing with the owner and the office was easy and efficient, the condo is well stocked with anything you might need extensive patios for outdoor entertaining. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful relaxing ladies trip

Very beautiful beach. Lovely spacious unit. It's peaceful at Jamaica Royale, not a party atmosphere. Just know to bring all basics with you, salt and pepper, tp, coffee filters, ect.

Lovely condo and magnificent beach. Kim was great to reply with any questions. Great info in the condo for places to go in the area. Having a car is very helpful too. Largest beach we’ve ever seen and so clean and beautiful.

Beautiful sunset views

We had such a fabulous vacation at Jamaican Royale. This condo is spacious and very nicely decorated. The deck is enormous, and we enjoyed cocktails every night watching the beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Place

The whole place was clean and comfortable. Nice room's, spacious kitchen, nicely stocked. Great porch for watching sunset's, neighbor's tree blocked the final setting but still beautiful. Only downside was small slow elevator and I had to call office twice ( 2 different cars) about someone taking my T42 parking spot but they called one and ticketed one. Overall was a great stay. Would come back again.

5 star condo!

This was one of the cleanest condos we've ever stayed in. Everything was in perfect working order - washer, dryer, microwave, oven. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for dishes, utensils and appliances. Living area was spacious with a very comfortable seating area and a large tv. Beds were quite comfortable with plenty of storage space in each bedroom. Our reserved parking space was very close by. It was a very short and easy walk out to the beach. We knew ahead of time that we needed to bring any and all pantry staples for cooking. Minimal paper products and soap were provided as listed in the description. Kim was a great host - she replied to my pretrip emails quickly and was very responsive and helpful with a Wifi issue upon our arrival. We would gladly stay here again.

Clean and great location condo

Everything about this condo was fantastic. The location, the cleanliness, the beach view, the pool, and the condo itself. We loved all of it. You are steps away from a gorgeous beach. The condo is very clean. You are a quick drive from the Village of Siesta Key. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was in pristine condition!! The unit was spotless and had plenty of kitchen items (dishes, cups, pots & pans, silverware, towels, etc.). We loved the view and location to Siesta Key Village. I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself!

Beautiful as described

The owner Kim was very helpful throughout my many questions about the Siesta Key area. This condo is very comfortable. I am always concerned about the comfort of the beds but these were great. Just steps from the beach and Ohhh that cool sand and blue beautiful water. I would go back. The management of the property is also very helpful and attentive.

The View!

The condo was clean, as were the property grounds. The pools were clean and warm. The location was perfect for beach access and the shuttle to/from the Village was convenient. Parking was also convenient. There did not appear to be any restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store is conveniently nearby just off the island. Beach chairs and toys were provided. Would have been nice if a beach umbrella was provided but due to the cooler weather we were fine without one. The pictures are accurate with respect to the beautiful view. We would come back!

Wonderful stay

Lovely condo with spacious accommodations and nice furnishings. It definitely met expectations. The main living area is very large, bedrooms are good size and bathrooms not huge but very adequate. Beautiful 4th-floor views from both sides of the condo made it feel very open and bright. You can hardly get closer to the beach and pool. The condo has a large private balcony on which we ate many of our meals. Some beach toys and chairs are provided but the resort also has plenty of chairs available on the beach. The only very small down-side to the unit was the lack of an entry rug or mat to help with the sticky sand. We were there at Christmas and the whole place had a great family atmosphere and nights were quiet. The location on Siesta is great with easy access off the key but also fairly close to the downtown life.

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE

The condo is big and spacious, very clean . The beach is fabulous and the sunsets are gorgeous. The property is very nice but they did not tell us construction was going on and the main pool by the beach was closed . The master bedroom had two queen beds , one was perfectly comfortable the other needs a new mattress. The view from the balcony is a side view , its still very nice but the full on front view is from the front door . The furniture on the balcony is very nice and there is plenty of seating . There is more than enough pillows and bedding . The washer and dryer are very nice. We had a wonderful time , I highly reccommend this property

Beautiful views!!

Beautifully accommodated! Location was great! Sunset views amazing! There are loungers and chairs available to use at beach. The only suggestion I have is one of the mattresses in the guest bedroom needs to be replaced! It was so loud and crackily every move you made and very uncomfortable. The couch was roomy for all of us to get comfy and watch a movie. My mom loved the groovy recliner. The balcony gets good sun if you don’t want to go to pool or beach. We arrived on a Sunday and I failed to recognize I had needed to call ahead to have entry code in lock box. Kim, the owner was so responsive and quickly helped us with the situation! We used the trolley to go to the village a couple times! We would definitely return! Thank you!

The condo was quite nice. There was an extensive outdoor balcony which had many chairs and a table and chairs. It had a partial view of the Gulf and looked over the parking area and construction. Kitchen was well stocked. Perhaps more than two dishwasher pellets and some trash bags would be something to consider or plan to bring your own. It had two sinks but their placement made one of them difficult to use. Appliances were plentiful. The guest room had beds which were elevated and challenging to get into. Bathrooms are very, very small. We liked the keypad entry which eliminated the need for a key. TV had many channels and was quite large. The owner and onsite staff were prompt in answering questions and resolving any issue. The beach is absolutely beautiful and there is a company that will set up different coverings for a fee to avoid the sun and give privacy.

Siesta Key

This was a Spring Break trip and only our second time on Siesta Key. This condo is beautiful and set-up nicely! We have gone to Ft. Myers in the past and the traffic on Siesta Key is so much easier to navigate! We cooked in most nights and it had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were great as we all slept well! (I actually think they were probably the comfiest VRBO beds we have slept in!) The unit has a washer & dryer which was great! We rented bikes and this made it easy to get downtown although walking is about 20 min. one way. There is also a trolley that runs quite frequently and has a stop very close to this resort. The public beach is within walking distance and that was nice as well as we had friends & family that came to the public beach. One small note would be to make sure you bring your own beach towels as we did not find any in unit. That was ok because I had thrown some in at the last minute! I had a question for the owner of the condo before we came down and she promptly got back with me. If you have any questions or needs while staying here there is staff on hand Monday-Friday durning Business hours. We truly loved this place and would enjoy coming back!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!

I'm originally from Louisville, KY and now live in California. When I was young my family would frequently vacation in Siesta Key. I have wonderful memories of our time in the area so it was just natural to get a second home here! Now I enjoy this piece of paradise with my own family and friends, and enjoy sharing it with guests! Siesta Key calls me back time and again. There is nothing like it!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

One of the world's most highly ranked beaches is literally right out the front door! Jamaica Royale is one of the closest condo complexes to the sand anywhere on Siesta Key. This unit has a view of world famous Siesta Key Beach from every room and is literally just steps to the sand. You also overlook the beachfront pool. Jamaica Royale is located on a private lane that leads directly to the beach. There is no through traffic making it very private. The unit is located in a beachfront building with only 20 units. I enjoy cooking and this condo has a large amount of counter space in the kitchen, as well as easy access to the beachfront grill and deck. I also appreciate the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. The dedicated parking spot is directly beside the building and just steps to the elevator, making access to the unit very easy. The property is very well maintained and has lovely tropical grounds. Look for the dolphins swimming just off shore!

Siesta Key is an 8-mile long barrier island located just off the coast of Sarasota, FL. It boasts the title "world's whitest and finest sand" and is frequently voted #1 beach in the US, and one of the top 10 in the world. The sand is unique from any other beach on the planet! The silky sand remains consistently cool under foot, even on the hottest days. It's comprised of 99.9% pure quartz.... imagine walking on talcum powder or flour! Swimming is fabulous in the warm, calm, turquoise Gulf waters as well as in the heated beachfront pool you overlook from the unit. Some believe Siesta Key Beach is a sacred place and is thought to possess healing properties. Legends say the crystals of Atlantis are offshore and it's believed the area is in a Vortex. But whether or not you believe these legends it's undeniable that spending time here to take in the beauty of this spectacular beach will benefit anyone!
