Highly Recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Crystal River! The house was super cute and CLEAN, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, check in and check out were a breeze, and it's right on the water! It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed or wanted to do. A huge bonus was the amenities outside! We kayaked, rode bikes, and grilled. There is a fire pit with wood provided. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee or evening card games. Highly recommend!

The property was better than the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nice! Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice, relaxing vacation!

Amazing gem on Crystal River

My husband, two sons and friends enjoyed all this place had to offer and didn’t want to leave- from the beautifully decorated interior, well stocked with towels and everything one could need to the outdoor fire pit, dock, kayaks - we couldn’t ask for more Hope to return soon!!

Great house right on the water.

House was awesome. Clean, inviting, well laid out. 3 bedrooms had everything necessary. Kitchen has new appliances and is well laid out. Nice fire pit in the yard. Included kayaks and paddle boards.

Great location, everything we needed

We had a great time in Crystal River and this location was perfect. Looks exactly like posted. Very clean, everything needed to cook and eat in, and we were close to all of our activities. The kayaks and bikes were great. Paddled around, easy to get around and find our way back and the water was very smooth. The dock made it easy to get in and out of the kayaks. Lots of places to bike - very bike friendly. We were very satisfied with the accommodations - Thank you!

Great getaway!

The house was very comfortable and clean. Decorated very nicely and comfortable bedding. We enjoyed the outside patio and fire pit. The kids enjoyed kayaking. Property comes with full kitchen and coffee maker that includes keurig. On the day of checkout we noticed the no-see-um were heavy in the front yard and back yard. I assume it’s a seasonal thing or after it rains. We got quite a few bites. Nothing the homeowner could control. Just more of a FYI

Everything we needed and more

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The home was clean and well stocked. We made use of the kayaks, games, and outdoor area. (Learn from our mistake and use some type of bug repellent if you plan to spend time out back at dusk! After the first day, we bought the creamy baby oil in the green tube and that did the trick.) It was a short drive to Hunter Springs Park and the shops and restaurants in town and we even drove to Ocala and Dunellon a couple days for zip lining and kayaking. The local contact was very helpful and quick to respond to texts. I would definitely book here again for future getaways.

Great spot with one major problem

House is in a great location and was well equipped. Has everything we needed as a family of four and then some. Small issue w check-in where the lock code wasn’t accurate. Major issue with bugs - in the 5 days we were there, we saw no less than 20 roaches. In the kitchen - silverware drawer, dishwasher, counter. In the living room - couch pillows, game box, carpet. In the bedrooms, one even crawled out of a tissue box we had for my daughter’s runny nose. I contacted the property and while they replied they would address, I didn’t hear back. I contacted them again and they said someone would come to spray, but nobody did. We were leaning the next day, so I didn’t hound them, but it was gross. I grew up on the area so understand Florida has bugs, but this was clearly an infestation based on the amount we saw (I don’t want to imagine how many we DIDN’T see). Overall, great house but based on what we paid, roaches are simply unacceptable.

Great location with a dock!!

Great location and very comfortable place! The extra fridge is super convenient for drinks and extra good. Only downside, we only had supply of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Wish we had at least one extra one per bathroom.

Perfect spot

We scallop every year and switch up our stays to accommodate our crowd. This year with had 6 adults and one child. We all fit comfortably and the location on the water was just a short run out for us. We will be back!

Home is just as described; clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood away from the highway, but all the local points of interest were still within a few miles. Property management was responsive and helpful.

Family get away

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. We needed a one story home for parents who did not need to navigate stairs. The outside screened porch was perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. My daughter used one of the kayaks, we brought our own, and found manatee in the canals. The house had all the basic items and supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, beds were comfortable and house was clean and nicely decorated. We would highly recommend this home.
