Amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, perfect location, and it was great having our boat tied up to the dock out back! We will absolutely be staying at this property again.

Great stay! The house was comfortable, had everything we needed, and was perfect for our boat and dogs. Town just a couple of miles away. First time in the area and we really enjoyed it!

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely book this home again! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay so convenient.The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful extras like shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and even a hair straightener—little touches that made us feel right at home.One of our favorite features was the beautiful screened-in back porch, where we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings without worrying about bugs. The private dock was another highlight and made spending time on the water incredibly easy and enjoyable.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay with wonderful amenities, we highly recommend this property!

Another awesome stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful house! And it won't be our last! Very clean, situated perfectly on the canal for boat owners, and comfortable beds. It is obvious the owners have thought of everything to make one's stay very nice and comfortable.

Host was very prompt with answering and questions and concerns. House was perfect size for my husband and I along with our 2 daughters 9 & 15. Basically has everything you need. The only thing I would do differently next stay is bring my own bedding, and I’m very picky. We had a 20’ boat and it fit on the dock perfectly. Boat launch just down the street. We ate at Crackers bar and grill. Was very good. The grass was cut Wednesday morning at 7am also garbage day. We caught scallops about 30 minutes out. Fun trip! Thank you

Lovely home on the water in Crystal River, FL

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean which we appreciated. It was well stocked with almost everything we needed. The location works well for dropping in the kayaks, jumping on our bikes and driving into the Village of Crystal River. When we didn't feel like cooking, there are many options available, ranging from very casual to upscale. We liked this home so much, we have already booked for next year.

Thank for the updates we are planning on going down at the end of the month and replacing step and pressure washing the house. We will do the chairs as well. We plain on looking over everything and addressing any problems. The refrigerator is a on going thing people keep turning in down. My house keeper is supposed to be checking that. Thank you for up date and staying at our place

Beautiful home

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. The home is very well stocked. We even saw a dolphin in the canal!! Great stay!!

This property is exactly and described and more! Super comfy beds with nice sheets, ample towels, fully stocked kitchen and even extras like hand soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc.The outdoor living space can't be beat, we used the kayaks every day, usually multiple times. We caught fish off the dock daily. There were fishing rods and life vests in the garage. The location is great and close to many things. The home is very clean and modern. Truly felt like a home. Would come back if we re-visit the area!

Lovely home in great location

We spent a week visiting family in Crystal River over the holidays. This home is very well located in town on a very quiet cul de sac. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family, and we appreciated the convenience of a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and kayaks.

Crystal river trip

We had a wonderful stay, this was our 2nd time renting out this property for a family get away and it was just as wonderful as the first time, clean, peaceful, and perfect location. The kids love going out on the kayaks and fishing off the dock, and it’s always perfect for our local family to come over and we cookout with the grill and watch the summer storms roll in while we sit on the porch. This place is a little gem. We look forward to many more weekend getaway’s here.

Great house for a great getaway!

This house was perfect for us. Just me and my 2 adult daughters. It’s close to all the restaurants, shopping, manatee tours and the archeological park. Very clean and the fun decorations made us feel like we were in a unique resort. We had an awesome time!

Nice Location

Nice area, great for boaters as it’s right on a canal. A bit far to kayak to the springs. Great state parks close by. Lots of great seafood in the area. The Crab Plant is a market or restaurant. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped too!

Great location. House was great for (3) couples as each had their own bedroom. Not a bad run to the scalloping grounds. Property manager very responsive.

Fabulous Stay!

“Live Bait” is a beautiful home, tastefully decorated, and with plenty of room for us and our 2 grown sons to relax. We prepared several meals in the spacious kitchen, which had everything we needed. The gas grill was a bonus, and we enjoyed one meal on the rear screened porch. We were just a short drive from downtown Crystal River. We loved spending our Christmas here!

Great Family Fun Vacation Place

Cozy clean home. Great location. Family had fun. Ice maker did not work well, so be sure to bring lots of ice. Stairs have high steps, home could use hand rails. All in and all nice home.
