Updated & Large, Near Golf Course! Gas Grill & Deck. Forested Quiet Location

This updated and spacious, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the golf course. With a cozy wood-burning fireplace, large deck with gas grill, and a quiet forest setting it is perfect for your mountain retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a nice dinner in and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax throughout the home. The living room features a large flat screen Smart TV with cable TV with large comfortable couches around the fireplace.

Both the master and second bedroom feature a King bed with attached private bathroom, while the third bedroom has a Queen bed along with a bunk bed that features both a Double on the top and bottom. The condo is located near the Sierra Star Golf Course on the free red line shuttle to the slopes, the Village and Snowcreek Athletic Club. The unit is also a short walk away from Old Mammoth town. The green line free shuttle stop is a short walk to take you directly to the slopes at Eagle Lodge.

The Woodlands complex features an outdoor pool (Summer only), jacuzzi (open year-round), sauna, and laundry facilities on-site. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a MAXIMUM of 8 people (even though there are beds for more), there are 2 levels inside, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great Place with Plenty of Space for 7 in Our Group

First time getting away with family and wanted to make sure we had enough space and bathrooms for 7. It worked out great. And we walked to the corner and caught the shuttle into town. Super great floor plan.

Cozy weekend getaway

We visits with another family for a weekend ski trip. Cabin was clean and well equipped. Rooms are downstairs and floors and stairs are a lil squeaky, so our early to bed people were lil grumpy… but other than that everyone was happy. Nice living room with wood fireplace that we loved!!

Great Place

Nice, comfortable, well maintained place. Love the huge TVs, although we had to do some tech work to get the living room tv hooked up. Great for a mixed group of adults and kids. Great location if you want to stay closer to Eagle Lodge /old mammoth town. Not as convenient if you prefer Village/Canyon Lodge.

Holiday Stay

The house was very comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped! I would recommend a bigger crockpot and BBQ utensils/brush. The stack of wood and fireplace worked great on our snowy mornings. There is a bus stop close by to catch to the ski lifts. Overall we enjoyed our stay. 😊

Very clean and comfortable, warm bedding, upgraded bathrooms, extra storage for gear. Convenient location, close to Vons, no problems with parking, and easy key pickup and drop off. Heaters worked well. Well-stocked kitchen. Enough room for our family of six. Responsive staff who came within a few hours after we reported the fire alarm started chirping (too high for us to reach). Would stay here again.

Broken dial on the stove3. Rainbird watering system was on during the day getting us wet every time we left the unit!4. No seating on the deck due to way too much wood in the woodpile!We enjoyed eating at the table last year!5. Four remotes for the TV??? Way too complicated for us old folks! And why no streaming services?6. Squirrel or rat(?) scratching noises in the walls of the master bedroom/bathroom! Awakened us in the early morning!

Good location and space

Overall, our stay was great. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of kitchen tools and dishes which made cooking easy. The bedrooms stay quiet downstairs even with people upstairs in the living and kitchen area. The complex has a small pool, but you also have access to the fitness club (we didn't end up going). The balcony is kind of full of firewood, bbq, and one rocking chair, so there isn't much outdoor space if that is what you are looking for. The living area was a great size for our group though. The biggest downside to this place was the listing notes that no pets are allowed but there was DEFINITELY a dog in the house at some point. There was dog hair on beds, couches, carpet that got on a lot of our stuff. There was also some dog food left throughout the carpet upstairs. We have someone who is allergic to dogs, so they didn't have as good of a time, it would have been nice to know this in advance.

Better for the young

Reviewer Comments: Arrived for a 5 night stay at around 4:30 PM.The keys & instructions we received from the office would not allow us to unlock the door thus a 2nd trip to the office. A Maintenance man was sent out to get us in. It took 2 hands to unlock and open the door. The door could automatically locked when we went out so we had to use the key each time we entered. Parking lot 50-75 yards uphill w/steps near the lot to the condo up a snow covered walkway. Unloading vehicle took many trips. Almost too exhausted to ski the next day. Condo was kept up well inside. Many TVs each w/ 2-4 remotes. . . . difficult to figure out.

COMFORTABLE BUT THIS WILL HELP MAKE THE TRIP BETTER

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very comfortable and had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. All the rooms were downstairs which made it nice for keeping the rooms at a colder temperature to sleep at night. There was comments about the parking and i didn’t have any because there wasn’t a full facility or too much snow taking up spots. The only problem we had was on Friday the internet’s router/WiFi had tons of issues. We tried everything to get it back but just wasn’t staying consistent. I’m hoping the owners will look into that considering a lot of us need to work remote a bit. Next would be the towels, i was informed on the prebooking on the supplies but just make sure you bring your own extra stuff if you like to use clean towels. Location is very nice. Everything is super close. I parked at eagle each day for snowboarding and it was super close. The final piece would be to inform the owners that the hot water heater may be on its way out. For it being a 50g tank, it had issues with two people taking a shower.

Hello Darrin, Thank you for leaving a review, it was nice having you and we appreciate your feedback. Regarding the WIFI, we found it to be working fine after departure we cant stress enough to guests that when there is a influx of people in town (usually on a Friday) the WIFI can slow down drastically. It is because Mammoth is a small mountain town with only one provider. The unit is stocked with 10 bath towels, 6 hand towels and 6 wash clothes with the unit sleeping 8 people that is the standard stock for towels. We sent Maintence out to look at the hot water tank and all seems fine as well, this would be the first concern we have received on the water tank. It could've possibly ran out of hot water for a short period of time if the showers were taken back to back. Again thank you for the feedback, we hope to have you again and don't forget to use your return 10 discount! Thank you, MRI TEAM

Reviewer Comments: I think the downsides about this condo are that it is a bit on the old side which means noise insulation leaves a little to be desired. If someone is in the kitchen it wakes up the people in the room below. Other wise a pretty nice unit. Also the rainbird sprinklers outside wake you up at 3am hitting the siding and windows.

Great Service, Happy with Rental

Quiet location yet walkable to Vons and The Stove area, with the trolley shuttle right at the condo corner. Loved having a deck however the seating fabric is failing and no one felt safe sitting on it, even the 6-year old. Would have preferred laundry in-unit, but it's not far to the two washers and dryers - bring quarters! Overall, I feel it was a good place for our week's stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Woodlands Condo #25. The unit was clean and well supplied. The kitchen offered both a regular coffee maker and a a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen had every item we could have hoped for an more. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and conveniently located. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa. The only negative I can think of is that it was a bit of a distance from the parking lot to the unit when bringing things in and out of the condo. The view from inside the condo was nice as it is surrounded by trees.

Great location and very easy stay

This was a great property. We had 3 couples that it was a perfect size for. Super close to the ski mountain. The last review stated the parking was far away from front door which is not true. Great place for a weekend getaway.

Mammoth for a small get-a-way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very clean and nice. My family and I absolutely had a wonderful time. There was plenty of blankets and firewood stored away. My only complaint, the kitchen lacks kitchen cookware. There was only two cooking pans available: One large and another really small one. The knives also needed sharpening. Other than our cooking situation, it was an overall great place.

We appreciate your feed back, the owner went ahead and purchased a new 12pc set of Cuisinart stainless steel cookware and additionally an extra large (16 qt) stock pot and an extra large frying pan.
