Great place to stay!

House was beautiful and very easy to check into. Every thing was how it showed in the listing the pool and back yard were amazing! We were in town for a baseball tournament and the kids loved the pool and the house! I would recommend this property to any one looking for a nice place to stay while visiting the San Diego area.

This was a wonderful place to stay at! The home is beautiful inside/out and provided a peaceful gateway. Randy was very accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough about this beautiful, immaculate house. It had everything we needed to make our week stay comfortable. The swimming pool is a plus and was used daily. There is a bbq, fire pit and poolside sitting area that was great for family gatherings. The bed rooms are spacious and luxuriously furnished. The kitchen is a “wow” and is abundantly supplied. The living area with its stunning fireplace, huge TV, two sofas, and supplies of board games and books make this house special. We had a great stay and recommend it highly. Absolutely earns a five star rating!

Poor response to non-functioning hot tub

Property is fairly well furbished but could use more cookware and bake ware. Hot tub was not functioning on our arrival, which was reported immediately. The issue was not resolved until the last day - so 1 day of 5 the hot tub was working. Really bad preparation as it seemed the problem was known to exist. Contact person was nice and professional just didn't get things done quickly. Good luck.

Fabulous home

Very well appointed home with a fabulous backyard for entertaining family and friends. Swam in the pool every afternoon and BBQ’d several evenings. Chilly evenings good for sitting around the fire pit with wine. We had plans to hike and visit the sights in San Diego but instead just relaxed by the pool and had marathon cards games. A very enjoyable week!!

This property is everything and more. Beautiful inside and out. Peaceful area with so much beauty surrounding the property. The home was equipped with everything needed and more. My family enjoyed it so much. We went into San Diego for dinner one night but really didn't want to leave the house so for the rest of our stay we just hung around the house...

Spacious relaxing getaway

This property was so much bigger than we expected! The front and backyard are packed full of beautiful vegetation as well and we ate some fruit from the trees and saw so many hummingbirds and butterflies. Very nice neighborhood with nice neighbors. The pool was great and very clean.

Stay at the Orchard

Everything about this house was wonderful. It was comfortable and clean. Check-in time is 4:00 and they stuck to that, it would've been nice to get a little early since we arrived earlier than expected. The wi-fi code was hard to find. There were many extra touches that made this a special property including the grounds. The trees and plants are beautiful.

Orchard Family Gathering

Had a wonderful time at the Orchard! Loved our stay and enjoyed the pool and outside Gardens. Home is very well equipped and comfortable. Never found the gift basket! We would definitely return for another visit!

Our family of four had a very comfortable and wonderful stay at this property. Service was top notch. The house is immaculate and stylish with a colorful family history. Having a solar heated pool is a bonus. The water is cool this time of year, but that didn't stop us from using it. The entire backyard is especially enjoyable. We had morning coffee by the pool and evening cocktails by the outdoor fireplace. We will definitely rent this home again if the opportunity arises. Highly recommend!

So great, we want to come back!

Our stay at the "The Orchard" was just perfect. I had a question about the pool heating and the owner replied back to me so quickly. She also offered a lot of really great suggestions for things to do in the area and places to eat. My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. We went to a restaurant in Del Mar (suggested by the owner) for a sunset dinner and it was perfect! We were so surprised and appreciative to see a really cute personalized message left for us on the digital thermostat in the house on our first night (would attach a pic if I could). Without giving too much away, we were also delighted by another welcome surprise on the dining table when we checked in. The house itself is pristine and everything is labelled clearly so it made navigating the house or finding things like cooking tools, extra towels/blankets a breeze. I've stayed in a lot of rentals through similar apps and this property is one of my favorites. From the layout of the property to the artwork and overall design, "The Orchard" was exactly the kind of getaway we were looking for. From the driveway to the backyard it is absolutely stunning and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. The guest contacts are available 24/7 and answer right away. Note - phone call or text is the fastest way to get a response but they make sure to let you know this in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and the vibe of the whole property is perfect if you're looking for a serene place to retreat from the hustle and bustle. We loved our stay so much we're still feeling the positive effects and even suggested planning another trip with our family in the warmer months. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience! Although it may sound cliche, I would truly give more stars in this review if I could.
