This stunning multi-level modern home has undergone a complete top-to-bottom remodel. Featuring four sleeping areas, including three well-appointed bedrooms and a spacious bonus room measuring 20x20, this property is ideally located just 15-20 minutes from numerous San Diego attractions.

This three-story residence offers the following layout:

- **First Floor:** Enjoy breathtaking south-facing panoramic views from every window in the main living and dining area. A conveniently located half-bath serves as a guest bathroom. The exquisitely designed Chef’s Kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, elegant quartz countertops with a waterfall peninsula, a farmhouse sink, high-end herringbone-patterned backsplash, gold accents, a pot filler and a large walk-in pantry. The best place I have ever stayed in!

This house is beautiful, and clean. The location is great, about 20 mins or so to mission beach and even closer to the San Diego Zoo is even closer.

We will stay here again

Beautiful home in great location. Lots of space and really nice view with back deck. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled so we only stayed one night but we enjoyed the house. Please note the listing says laundry but the room says its not for guest use.

My 6 friends and I stayed for 2 nights when we attended a concert at Petco stadium. The location was convenient. The house was modern and very pretty. Furniture was comfortable as were the beds. We would stay here again.

Very Nice stay

The property is very close to SDSU and most major San Diego attractions. It is a multi level home so if you have loved ones with mobility issues it will be a lot of stairs. It is a very large space, wnough for a large group of people. Very Nice stay overall!

I chose this neighborhood because it is centrally located to many of San Diego's tourist attractions including the airport. The house is located near San Diego State University (SDSU) in the highly desirable Rolando Village Neighborhood. It is nestled in a quiet & clean urban neighborhood. Close to everything San Diego has to offer!

What makes my home unique is the architecture of the home and the spacious balconies overlooking the hills of the city.

THIS HOME HAS THREE FLOORS!

On the first floor, you will find south facing panoramic views from every window on the main living and dinning room area. A half-bath also known as the guest bathroom for easy access for guests. An exquisitely sleek new Chef’s Kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops with a waterfall peninsula, farm sink, high end herringbone patterned backsplash, gold accents, a pot filler, large pantry, LED task lighting and more!

On the second floor, you will find the spacious bonus room (20x20). A whole living room set fits along with a sofa bed, a 65 inch smart TV, a PlayStation 4 (that the kids would love!) a work area (desk and chair) and the laundry room.
