With lush coastal bushland surrounds and a direct waterfront location this is the perfect place all year round for a peaceful escape.

This is a magnificent tastefully designed home, boasting multiple spacious decks with direct views of Korogoro Creek. The property offers large sun-drenched open plan living, dining, and lounge areas, modern spacious kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, induction cooking, nespresso coffee pod machine (you will need to bring your own compatible pods), and an additional bar fridge.

There are smart TVs in every bedroom, all modern appliances, Wi-Fi throughout, a laundry with washer and dryer. Ceiling fans to all bedrooms and living areas. Wrap around decking with waterfront views from every angle, offering both spacious entertaining and private retreat areas to relax.

Upstairs has 3 queen size bedrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite and private deck area with water views, and the 2 additional queen size bedrooms with direct access to the balcony and a large modern share bathroom.

Downstairs boasts a self-contained unit with a queen bed, own private deck, ensuite, kitchenette, lounge area and additional washing machine. The 5th bedroom is set up as a private retreat with 2 king single beds, lounge area, bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities, ensuite and own deck and is accessed externally.

Alkira has both an indoor fireplace in the loungeroom and a built in outdoor fire pit to enjoy evenings around a tranquil fire, a load of fire wood will be supplied, if you require extra firewood it can be delivered for an extra charge per Ute load. Only this supplied wood is to be burnt in the fireplace and firepit); plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach or a swimming in the tidal creek.

Park your cars in the large double garage, swim in the creek directly out the front or stroll across the footbridge to the surf beach (the walk track to the foot bridge is in front of the house). Visit the Bowling Club for dinner or corner stores to restock.

Please Note: Alkira requires a $250 refundable security deposit to be paid prior to arrival. A post departure clean is required before funds are released. Overcrowding of this property will not be tolerated. Alkira Hat Head Sleeps a maximum of 10 persons (adults and children combined). Tents, campers, caravans, swags and anything alike are definitely not permitted at the property. If the property is found to be overcrowded you will be requested to leave without refund and charged for extra cleaning.
