One of the best coast homes we've stayed in--perfect condition, well supplied and an unbelievable view of the sunset! We had no issues and found the home very comfortable for our extended family.

Beautiful location and home. Well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms. Having two living room areas was great to have space for our two families to stretch out. There are no foosball or arcade like listed in some of the descriptions. Easy walk down to the beach and a great fire pit area.

I have stayed here before and I enjoy the openness. The deck furniture is terrible as is all the bird doo-doo. There could have been more amenities provided in the bathroom as well

I appreciate the feedback about the deck furniture and the bird droppings — I've alerted maintenance and housekeeping so the deck will receive a professional cleaning and we will review replacement options for the outdoor seating. The layout of the house was perfect. The view is 1000 times better than the pictures show. It had the best well stocked kitchen I have ever seen for a beach house. I would definitely stay again.

Spacious and comfortable home and ocean views and beach access. Plenty of cooking utensils, however, the home was missing several basic amenities including coffee, dish soap , hand soap, and shower soap to name a few. We also ran out of paper towels and garbage bags 3 days into our 5 day stay. We were surprised to have to run to the store to purchase items that are typically readily available to guests in vacation rentals. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm so glad the home felt roomy and comfortable, and that the ocean view, beach access, and kitchen supply contributed to an enjoyable stay. I'm sorry that you had concerns regarding expected amenities. We do send out a packing list to our guests ahead of their stay to ensure they know what we do and do not provide. That said, all the soaps you mentioned are something we do provide and we have spoken with housekeeping about their forgetting to place them before your arrival. I'm sincerely sorry about that. I can also say that we are working on revamping our soap kits to include more of everything. They will be rolling out in a few weeks. We appreciate truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Perfect getaway

Everything was just as described. The kitchen is very well stocked, so it was easy to prepare meals. The location was great--easy access to everything. This is the house I dream of buying!

Great View and Large Open Home

We had a great time! Loved the beach access and large open floor plan. Well stocked for the most part. New mattresses on all beds would have made it perfect!

A Great Beachside Home

Right on the beach. The views were incredible. The place as very nice and accommodated my extended family. Two living areas made it easy for people to do their own thing. Great kitchen. Lot of comfy spots to lounge around.

Family weekend getaway

Beautiful property for a family long weekend getaway to relax with a beautiful view in Pacific City coast line Everything in order and clean! Beautiful Sunsets!

We thought this was an excellent property. It has spacious rooms, a huge open kitchen and fun little amenities. This property has a large comfy balcony, and the view is incredible. It slept six very comfortably with ample bath space for everyone. The beach access was a bit of a challenge as it’s atop a dune, but we would stay here again.

Very comfortable home in a great location

Our family of 6 loved visiting Pacific City and the coast. House was spacious, well-appointed, and had an unbelievable ocean view. Right on the beach, though you have to scramble down a sand dune to access. Only nit was a dishwasher that didn't get much clean. Would stay here again.

The property was amazing, the views from the house are excellent and the open living space was perfect for our group. The main king sized bed was really comfortable, but the other beds were not amazing. The twin beds were really small. The two people who slept in them had their feet stick off the end.Overall, it os a well stocked, comfortable home with an amazing location!
