Newly Remodeled!! This spacious, light and bright corner unit, on Coronado Island, has beautiful southwest facing views of the Pacific Ocean and Point Loma. A two bedroom, two bathroom, split floor plan. Features include tile floors, carpeted bedrooms, granite counters, and a neutral color scheme. A private balcony provides a great space for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. Located within walking distance, from the beach, Hotel Del Coronado, and Orange Street. Centrally located, to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and down town San Diego. There are lot's of nearby places to shop as well as dine. Four Ocean front pools & 8 tennis courts, 2 clubhouses, exercise facilities, gated access, indoor parking and 24/7 door attendants.

* Minimum Rental Period: one month, per Coronado City code and the Coronado Shores Homeowners Association.

The location, the linens, beach supplies, and the laundry facilities were all superb! The unit is well appointed and very well designed to feature the beach and ocean views! The host responded to all concerns and prepared the unit perfectly for our arrival! All was seamless and very comfortable!

Fabulous first time in Coronado!

A nicely-equipped condo with stunning views! Easy walk to famed Coronado Beach boardwalk which was the perfect 3.5 mile, roundtrip to North End Naval Station, every other morning! Pickleball and fitness center were frequent stops. Fantastic location! We will be back!

Lovey condo that is exactly as pictured. Steps from the ocean and next to our Navy SEALS. Secure area with restaurants and shopping. A short walk to the Hotel Del Coronado. Do a lot or a little….relax and rest.

Beachfront convenience

Great condo on beach with every convenience and views of ocean from every room. Coronado is perfect and such a wonderful family destination. Well appointed and clean condo that felt spacious. We had a very happy stay enjoying ocean front pools, beach, tennis courts, gym, runs and swimming. We look forward to coming back.

Property was quite nice. Clean and fantastic location. The building is a little dated, but no big deal. The owner was wonderful! Plenty of linens, towels, etc. Great to have beach chairs available as well! Overall, just great!

This was a beautifully appointed condo in a great location with almost everything you could need. Theresa the host was responsive to our inquiries in a timely manner. The walkability of the area with the ocean and the Hotel Del Coronado is excellent. I definitely recommend this property.

Another amazing year

This was our third June at this property and it has become to feel like home. The views are amazing and the well equipped kitchen cannot be beat. We could not survive without a washer and dryer and the unit has everything we could possibly need. Best of all, comfortable beds! See you next year!

Another Amazing Month

This was our second June at this condo and we are already booked for next year. New windows, carpet and furniture are a nice upgrade. Brand new washer and dryer are essential and the kitchen has everything you may need. We enjoyed all the amenities of the Shores including pools, grills, gym and bingo. Beautiful views from every room.

Perfection!

From beginning to end, our month stay was perfect! Check in/out process was extremely smooth and our host provided a welcome packet at arrival! Condo lobby staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! The condo was absolutely beautiful, while being very comfortable, with every detail and appointment provided and perfectly placed! The unit was extremely clean and ready upon arrival! This was, by far, the nicest property we've stayed! Beach chairs and towels were provided. Linens were extremely clean and looked new! Bed was so comfortable! Brand new washer and dryer was a nice perk! Every kitchen need was provided and well organized! The views were incredible and waking up to the national anthem from the military base next door was so comforting! Multiple pools to pick from and many activities available. Walks along the ocean every morning were breathtaking! Quaint downtown shops within walking distance. Secure, indoor parking was appreciated! Our host was nothing short of extremely accommodating and genuinely wonderful (we felt like we knew her)! We couldn't have asked for anything more during our month's stay! It truly was perfection! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We highly recommend staying at this location and plan to return!

Amazing stay!

Coronado Shores is a fantastic beach front property with multiple pools, gym, tennis/pickleball and social events. Everything is walking distance or there is a free shuttle during the summer. The unit itself is well appointed with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, tons of storage and fantastic ocean views. The brand new washer and dryer in unit are a godsend for a month long stay. High recommend this unit.

Wonderful

The property was as described. The furnishings were very nice. As an addition the owner now has a couch out on the balcony with an outdoor coffee table which is really nice. Also, I was glad to see a real electric stove instead of a glass top. The sunsets were fabulous!!! We felt very comfortable there and the owner always got back to us immediately if we had questions. The views were beyond my expectations. I really didn't expect much of a view because the unit is on the 2nd floor but boy was I wrong. Fabulous views. The only problem that we encountered was that the woman at the concierge desk did not know a garage door opener from a FOB so that caused us a little concern checking in but the owner cleared that up the next day after I emailed to her. All in all a wonderful stay.

Lovely condo at the Shores

The pictures and description of the unit were accurate. The kitchen, family room, dining room, nook and patio - such a great open space, with beautiful furnishings, functional kitchen, open concept. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Two nice bedrooms and bathrooms, great bed configuration (king bed in one room, two twins in the other), washer and dryer in unit, lots of closet space, quality beach chairs and umbrella. Great communication with owner, very responsive when a couple minor repairs needed to be made - very quickly taken care of. Pleasure to work with and would highly recommend!
