This home is set up as reverse living with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower lever and a spacious open concept upstairs with kitchen, living and dining. 10 Steps to get into the home which is a split level entry.

This comfortable Sunriver home, with its private hot tub, fireplace, and tasteful interior, will give the whole family a vacation to remember! There is a 55" Smart TV for watching your favorite DVDs, a stereo to enjoy music, and a wood fireplace to make you feel cozy during the winter and on cool summer nights. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and the Bunk Room has a set of bunkbeds as well as full sleeper sofa, topped off with an Xbox 360 with several games. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room, so you'll be able to cook and socialize at the same time. Stools at the counter allow for closer company. A picnic-style wooden dining table will fit six (two more with chairs pulled up to the ends) so that everyone can enjoy a meal together. And for the little ones, a Pack and Play Playpen is available for use. The Home is stocked with an assortment of bicycles (for Spring and Summer Months) as well as river floats. We have had several 2 family groups stay and, although a smaller home for this, they have been very comfortable and appreciated the lower cost stay by this approach!

No Cable TV is provided, only the smart TVs with Internet connection.

Just walk across the street to the SHARC (eight passes are provided to be used on the day you arrive and each day before you leave) and the Village at Sunriver, you'll have easy access to the best amenities at the resort. Sunriver is a favorite destination in Central Oregon, and for good reason - you can kayak, canoe, or float down the Deschutes River. Go horseback riding at the stables two miles away, or play golf on two different championship courses! The Nature Center and Observatory, just over a mile away, is home to countless local species, and you can view the stars through giant telescopes on certain nights. We direct guests to the websites for hours of operation of the local amenities. FYI, the local golf courses are private at this time and not available for our guests but there are other great courses in the Bend area.

* We Require that a Lease be Signed through Our software at the time of your booking, The lease and deposit are required to enter the home.
* We Personally Require a $500 Security Deposit (Hold, not charge, on your Credit Card through our merchant).
* No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property (Local Law)
* No Animals Due to Owner's Children having Allergies
* Free WiFi
* Hot tub on site
* A/C units installed in Upper Living area, Master Bedroom and Bunk Room. Tower Window unit in Guest Bedroom if needed
* 8 SHARC Passes to be used on the day you arrive and for each night. Can not be used on the day you leave as it voids use for the next guest (you will be charged if this happens)
* Vehicles are to be Parked in the Driveway Only

* We have a wood burning fireplace. You are welcome to bring your own duralogs and there are local supply stores for additional wood as well as some wood for splitting on the property.
