Walk to SHARC 3BR Hot Tub

This home is set up as reverse living with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower lever and a spacious open concept upstairs with kitchen, living and dining. 10 Steps to get into the home which is a split level entry.

This comfortable Sunriver home, with its private hot tub, fireplace, and tasteful interior, will give the whole family a vacation to remember! There is a 55" Smart TV for watching your favorite DVDs, a stereo to enjoy music, and a wood fireplace to make you feel cozy during the winter and on cool summer nights. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and the Bunk Room has a set of bunkbeds as well as full sleeper sofa, topped off with an Xbox 360 with several games. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room, so you'll be able to cook and socialize at the same time. Stools at the counter allow for closer company. A picnic-style wooden dining table will fit six (two more with chairs pulled up to the ends) so that everyone can enjoy a meal together. And for the little ones, a Pack and Play Playpen is available for use. The Home is stocked with an assortment of bicycles (for Spring and Summer Months) as well as river floats. We have had several 2 family groups stay and, although a smaller home for this, they have been very comfortable and appreciated the lower cost stay by this approach!

No Cable TV is provided, only the smart TVs with Internet connection.

Just walk across the street to the SHARC (eight passes are provided) and the Village at Sunriver, you'll have easy access to the best amenities at the resort. Sunriver is a favorite destination in Central Oregon, and for good reason - you can kayak, canoe, or float down the Deschutes River. Go horseback riding at the stables two miles away, or play golf on two different championship courses! The Nature Center and Observatory, just over a mile away, is home to countless local species, and you can view the stars through giant telescopes on certain nights. Availability of nearby attractions are not guaranteed and beyond our control.
