I didn't meet Chris personally as I wasn't in Key Biscayne at the time, however based on our online communication Chris is very nice. They are excellent guests, very considerate, and left the apartment in good condition, so I would definitely recommend them as guests.

Great location, private access to the beach. The apartment was nice. Could use a little touch of decor to make it feel cozier. Need a television in the main room because felt too separated from my kids when settling in the evening watching separately versus together.

Great stay in Key Biscayne

The apartment was clean and fit my family of five well. Located down the street from the beach and stocked with towels and chairs to enjoy the sand. Also just across the street from the local grocery store and public park. Kiddo LOVED the playground there. The assigned parking spot made coming and going for off-island adventures easy. Great place to vacation with a young family.

Adorable Apartment!

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend for a country music festival that was on Key Biscayne. The apartment was perfect for us! The kitchen is well stocked with anything that you may need. The apartment was clean and met our expectations. Its conveniently located within walking distance to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, and the beach! We'll definitely be staying here again!

Comfortable home in an awesome area

My wife and I stayed in key Biscayne for a couple days prior to leaving on a cruise to the Bahamas. This little apartment met our needs perfectly. It's really close to the grocery store and some restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is small and the building seems a little older than its neighbors but for the price we paid we were very happy. It was really clean and ready for us upon arrival. I would totally stay here again.

Close to restaurants and amenities

Location is really functional, close to a shopping center, restaurants and minutes away from the beaches, sport complex and yacht club. The location can fit easily 4 people but must be updated (ie. Leaking toilet, dark curtains not closing properly and AC extremely loud). It’s a great place to use as base camp, would not recommend necessarily for an older crowd but definitely for a couple or younger people.

Great location for walking to the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants etc. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Our only issue was the pool was not heated, but that was very minor since we were only staying two nights.

Convenient, clean Key Biscayne condo

Small apartment, but WOW is it convenient! Located so close to the beach (which is GORGEOUS and has wonderful outdoor showers/public restrooms/public paddle board rental). The apartment was a little smaller than I expected (the kitchen especially), but we are a family of five so if you were a family of 4 or smaller, it would be just right! And truthfully, the size really didn't bother us at all since there was so much to do nearby. Instacart delivers (big plus!) but if you don't have Instacart, the Winn Dixie is literally right across the street. The pool was very well kept and frequented by my children and lots of local lizards ;) The property manager was VERY responsive and the laundry/trash was convenient and easy to get to. All-in-all, would definitely stay here again. Best value is Key B!!

Great property, excellent communication, clean, well organized. For future guest it may be helpful to know that a number of restaurants are not open early in the week. Not as many options for a quick bite. Very safe and family oriented community. Beach was nice, walkable and clean.

We Loved Key Biscayne!

We would stay here again. It was clean, quiet at night, and a quick walk to the beach! Beautiful beaches here. The apt had a parking spot which was a plus.

Clean, great location

We stayed with our 2 grown sons. The property was clean, and well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen gear, and toiletries. The walk to the beach was clear and easy. The grocery across the way was also very helpful for us. And the communications with the owner were quick and clear. We will recommend this location!

The location was very convenient and affordable and close to the event we had planned on the island. The place had very cute decor and kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom was clean and nice. There were extra chairs and beach equipment and beach access for those who needed it so that was very convenient. The bed linens were nice and smelled very fresh and clean. They had extra floor fans to help keep the temperature cool since there were no ceiling fans. However the walls were very thin and we could hear everything happening outside our front door since people were convening at the top of the stairs and smoking right outside our front door. Also the bedroom with the 2 twin beds had a glass window that was broken and it would not shut all the way so we could hear all of the noises happening in the parking lot too. The two twin beds were very hard and too uncomfortable for adults (could be okay for little kids) so one of the adults actually slept on the couch instead. The king size bed was softer but very low to the ground. There were TV’s in each bedroom but not in the main living area.

Great Beach get away

Imma was a wonderful host and her condo was cute and cozy and extremely well located. We were near the beach and across the street from great restaurants (as well as key necessities like a grocery store and CVS). It was so thoughtful that she had not only beach towels but also beach chairs and umbrellas as well as pool noodles and other beach items. We had a great time!!

Wonderful stay

It is the second time we stay in this property. It is a cozy apartment very close to the beach with all the amenities you need and very close to grocery stores. Imma, the owner is very kind and always in contact. It is very likely that in the future we would choose her again in our next trip to Key Biscayne.

Affordable, cozy 2 BR place on Key Biscayne

My family and I enjoyed a nice stay at this 2 BR apartment/condo. Although the exterior of the building is not appealing, the apartment itself was well-maintained and had plenty of room for a short stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen is tight but had everything we needed (other than paper towels). The location is fantastic - across the street from groceries, restaurants, and other shopping and a short walk to the beach. Beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrellas) were much appreciated. The pool was clean but quite small. Note the unit is on the second floor with stair access only.

Clean, good location, but building is a bit run down

The apartment was very clean inside and had everything we needed (towels, beach towels, chairs, etc). The building has a pool but it was filled with debris. We were able to walk to the beach a few blocks away. The bathroom was decent and we had parking for our rental car.
