Perfect location on the water!

Great little hidden gem. Beautiful view of the bay. Great fishing right off the dock. House was perfect for 2 guests! Outdoor space was lush and tropical A block to the beach. Well appointed. Would stay there again!

Beautiful view

What a great find. The home is located on the water with a dock where you can fish and watch the boats come and go. Seen many manatees and dolphins during our stay. Location is great not far from boardwalk, beaches, or grocery. The home was clean had plenty of cookware and utensils for the grill. Will definitely stay there again.

Good bayside Madeira Beach house

Our family of 5 slept comfortably in the house. Fishing off the private dock at night was a real treat. Close to the beach, but in reality a 10min walk across a busy street. The location puts in the right area with everything a medium length walk or short car ride. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each day. We’d stay here again.

Close to the beach and a great fishing spot

Overall a great experience close to beach and many attractions, the dishwasher had water in it that smell bad I was able to drain it no other issues. We had a great time fishing from the dock caught over a dozen catfish, red drums, jack cravelles and mangrove snappers

Beautiful

Beautiful little house with a gorgeous view! Weather was cold and we were unable to enjoy the outside like we planned but still had a lot of fun around town and in the home itself! If we decide to go back Madeira we will look into this property again. Hopefully, we can try to plan accordingly with the weather so we can enjoy the dock and back patio. I will also recommend to friends and family if they plan to vacation here as well.

Well appointed.

This was close to stuff in Madeira. Convenient. Quiet tucked back in neighborhood. Nice for a small family. Girls weekend or a few guests. Enjoyed the dock. And could walk to beach. Or attractions. Some stuff a short ride down the beach. But it allowed us a good location to things we enjoy about Madeira and surrounding areas.

Big house, beautiful sunset, uneasy neighborhood

The house is very spacious with a great view of the sunset. Overall, it was a nice stay my only issues were the location ( it’s in a bad area) so I couldn’t enjoy my daily walks or runs and the second issue was the belligerent neighbor. My husband and I took the trash out and he got in my face because the can was on the wrong side.

Overall a Great little place

This was a cute house. Very close to the beach without those “on the water” price. The dock was really great, the kid with us loved fishing off of it. The house was clean. There is one room, with the built in bed, that you can tell was built into the garage. It only had 1 a/c vent and no fan. It was unbelievably hot in that room. You also had to walk through another bedroom to get to it, which is less than desirable if you are with couples. Which, we were. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend, just bring yourself a fan!

DECEPTIVE MOSQUITO NO FISH

Children were disappointed with size of property--pictures had to be taken by a professional. My child could not wait until we got home to do the review. Normally, they never even ask about it. Place only appropriate for 2 people We have tech savvy kids yet it took hours to figure out TV and 3 days to get wifi info--no batteries in the remote control Tried many times to reach owner and they kept texting messages which did not include their number but it came over as xxx-xxx-xxxx. By day 3 of 4 night stay, we received the number I chose the place for fishing, yet you will see fish at their small pier but caught nothing in 4 days Mosquitoes met us at the door, inside and out "I GOT BIT ON MY FACE!!!" (14 yr old child) There was no manual telling us what to do or how to operate anything.

Not the best option

The property looked very good upon first appearences but as we discovered over the first few days of our trip looks can be deceiving. This property has a long list of issues that need to be addressed the most important being Safety. During our stay we noticed that both rear doors are broken. Not only could you pull them open but the outside handles are broken so if you go out back and completly close those doors you cannot get back in. Then we move on to the appliances the washer and dryer both dont operate properly so you will have to go to the laundry mat up the street and try to snag a machine there but go early because it fills up quick. The washer will fill up but wont spin or wash the clothes and the dry will not run for more then 5 minutes without smoking from behind it. Both the living room tv and the oven didnt work either so cooking and movies were out luckily theres plenty to do around town. The rental company was very unhelpful throughout all of this no response for about a day and a half then when they do show up nothing gets fixed they just look and leave while we are out for the day. I would highly recommend you go to madiera beach its a beutiful place just stay away from this company and their properties. Over the past 3 years of renting in madiera beach 6 times per year ive never had such a bad experience in a rental. I sent the rental company another email reguarding making this situation right and no response in 3 days.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience okay - second night of stay my mom and I came back to the house around midnight and the window in the living room was open and neither of us opened the windwow. So we had to leave the premises because we were scared. Sheets smelled like bleach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coconut Paradise was very nice and confrontable. The location was perfect. Steps away from the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The house itself set on the bay. The house was filled with so many supplies. The inly issue I had was the dirty bed cover on the couch bed. It looked very nasty and had to remove it. Other then that it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

Sweet Spot

The house was great. We enjoyed the deck but were limited a bit by red tide. The landscape was beautiful and the house was in good condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay

Overall, it was a pretty nice place. There were pros and cons for sure. It was a little dirty. The floors were really dusty and dirty and the bathroom counter was dirty. The pull out couch mattress cover was full of stains. And the mattress on the pull out was VERY uncomfortable, you can feel the bar in your back. Seemed very used and flat. The dishwasher didn't work, but looked brand new. The pros: the back dock was great for fishing, watching the sunrise & watching the dolphins. The house was hidden with beautiful flowers & plants that made it very private. It was a perfect size for 6 people. And it was close to the beach.
