The best location with R.O.C. Park right across the street. The pool was warm! The place had everything needed for a stay. We felt very welcome and our host was great! The place is walking distance from the beach, great restaurants, and CVS and the dollar tree are right down the road. It is a few miles from John’s Pass and Clearwater! We cannot wait to go back to stay in the perfect space.

We have stayed at this property many times and thoroughly enjoy it as it’s near to all things. This year we visited Egmont Key and of course all of our favorite restaurants. The unit was clean, the bed was amazing and owners are very responsive. We look forward to our next visit!

Very convenient location to shops and the beach, and we loved the tennis courts right across the street! The condos are like a maze to navigate but after two days we didn’t get lost anymore. The pool was great and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals. I’d stay here again. There’s still a bunch of post hurricane construction on the bottom floor, but it didn’t bother us. Location was quiet and felt very safe.

Location is great, 5 min walk to the beach across Gulf Blvd. Condo is lovely, spacious for a 1 bed unit, lovely modern kitchen. Bedroom is hugely spacious with extra large bed. If you need to use the sofa bed in the living room, then just know it's quite uncomfortable to use as a bed, definitely requires upgrading. Apart from that it is a great unit & would use it again.

Excellent place to stay!

This place was excellent! Very cozy, and perfect size. Was about a 5 minute walk to beach which wasn’t bad at all! We definitely will come back and stay here! Can’t go wrong with this place. I loved that it had beach toys for the kids. Also loved the pool. Wish they still had the hot tub. I also loved that is was right by the Rec center. Lots do to in the area.

We stayed in Madeira beach for a week and this property was amazing! Extremely clean and nicely decorated! It was perfect for our family! Will definitely stay here in the future!

Great place!

Great place to stay, the only thing was you have to coordinate with Sun Beach rentals to pick up the keys, but it’s right across the street. Super clean place with a very comfortable bed! We stayed during hurricane Helene unfortunately, but the host was so great to work with and is allowing us to come back a few nights to back up for what we lost!

Very nice and clean condo. It is located nearby all the necessities (i.e., groceries, CVS, etc.). The place was lovely - I would highly recommend the unit to others.

The unit was comfortable, with good king size bed and nice shower. Plenty of storage space. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have. It was a 2 block walk to the beach.

The apartment was not in a good shape. Some of the furniture need to be replaced or repaired. The surface of one sofa is peeled off, the chairs at the kitchen counter are dirty, the caps of lamps in the bathroom are broken, one near the shower is missing (dangerous because of water could splash on the electronic wire). The lower level ist still under construction, there is a lot of dirt and noise. (Not the fault of the owner, but we had expected to get informations before arrival)It could be a nice apartment after renovation. The pool was nice and the way to the beach was short.

Lots of stairs

Property description should be updated this property is on the second floor and the bedroom is also on the second floor. Noticed bugs were in the carpet.

Hi Sharon, I have updated the description and so very sorry about the stairs. I have spoken with our Maintenance Person (Bill) and he said that he checked in with you and you never mentioned any bugs. We are very very clean and pest control like every condo in Florida comes regularly. No bugs ever seen!!!

Beach Life

All in all we enjoyed our 3 week stay. The unit was clean but could use some updating. Checking in is not convenient. You need to pickup and return the keys five miles down the road and the office closes at 5pm. Communication with the owner and manager was good. Location was awesome. There is a sports complex/park across the unit. Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Pickle Ball, playground and splash pad (wasn’t open yet). Beach is approximately a 10 minute walk, not 2 minutes. There is a Winn Dixie and Dollar Tree within walking. The area was hit hard by the hurricane and is slowly recovering. 🩹

I’m not sure how people are giving this place a 9 star rating.first of all the building that this condo is in must be one of the ones that have not been redone from the hurricane,as your walking up ti the stairs of the condo you were greeted with a musty smell coming from the demolition of the unit directly below,which made its way into the condo,it was a light smell but still smelled,when we opened the door to walk in.the condo was @ 80 deg when we walked in,turned the air down to 70 waited approximately 2 hours for it to start cooling which at that time it did not.the return air filter at the top of the stairs looked like it had been there since the building had been built.the furniture in the bedroom upstairs “white couch” is all torn up.caulking in the shower stall looked like a infant had done it.the close walk to the beach I beg to differ.as far as this condo making someone feel like they are supposed to be on vacation is a hard pass.tried getting a hold of owner but she was on a flight,she finally returned my text but by this time we had went to a different location.im chalking this experience up as you get what you pay for.i hope the next tenant ask questions about the unit below if it has been redone maybe some new furniture and some new flooring.definitely not a 9 star place.

Had to contact a VRBO representative in order to get in contact with the host to get check-in instrctions, key and door code. A couple days before my stay sent me a message the all tbe details would be coming soon. Never heard anything after that. Was hoping I would have details after a long day of air travel, but no. Finally got details and access well after my check in time.Condo is ready for some much needed maintenance/updates. Carpeting needs replaced and walls all needed fresh paint/patching.
