Starters - The condo will come with starters of the following items toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

The kitchen features white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is seating at the island bar and a dining room table with seating for four. In addition, the kitchen will have a standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, dishware, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, and a pizza pan.

Seychelles is one of the most sought-after resorts in Panama City Beach because of its clean and updated grounds and quieter location on the beach. The resort has two pools and one hot tub with plenty of pool deck seating to catch those PCB rays.

Good, but visit could have been better with few adjustments

The location was great - located on the beach. The owner was very nice and great at responding to my texts. However, the living room and kitchen furniture needs to be updated/replaced. There were tears on the chairs and there were a few pieces of hair on the towels and linen that was prepared for us prior to our arrival.

Busy, busy, place to be

The only comfortable bed in the condo was the "real bed" in the bedroom. The mattresses for the bunks were extremely uncomfortable, and the mattress on the fold out sofa was also very uncomfortable. Thank goodness we had taken an air mattress. The other big problem was that we had to have 2 vehicles. We could not all get into 1 vehicle with all our stuff. Finding public parking for an extra vehicle was a nightmare. No public parking close to the condo, and what we did find didn't look like someplace you would want to leave your car. We managed to enjoy our stay, but these were just a couple of things that were difficult for our family

Hi Cindy, Thank you for the 4-star review. I am glad to hear that you managed to enjoy your stay, and I hope you also were able to enjoy and make memories to last a lifetime with your family. The weather was terrific, and the gulf views of the incredible emerald water with the white sand are hard to beat from this condo. We do have it listed on the platform that the condo comes with one parking pass, so I am sorry you didn't see that on the listing before you booked. This resort is much smaller and less busy than many resorts in PCB, so our parking is limited to one parking pass per unit. I did provide a listing of all the Public Parking lots offered by the city, and a few are near the resort. Regarding the beds being uncomfortable, we had just had the new living room sleeper sofa delivered the day you arrived so it may need some breaking in. Still, I hope you enjoyed our beautiful new Sleeper sofa and love seat. I am glad to hear the Master Bed was comfortable for you during your stay. Again thank you for staying with us, and we hope to see you again soon. Best In PCB

Too good to be true!

We booked this place last minute and were worried because at first it seemed too good to be true. However, the location was perfect, the view was amazing, the accommodations themselves were excellent, and the price was unbeatable. We had the best time here! I especially loved how helpful Kelly was and that beach chairs were included. 10/10 would recommend.

Great View

This property was clean and had all the basics. The t.v. was a perfect size. The master bed was very comfortable. The property manager was great. If you are looking for simple accommodations, this is your place. Our family had a great vacation.

Beautiful view!

We weren’t sure about staying on the 20th floor before we got there, but we absolutely loved it! We watched dolphins and rays every single morning while we had coffee on the balcony. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The location was perfect for us, being on the quiet end of the beach. The beach service was great and they were always friendly and offering help! The kitchen could use a little updating, such as cookware and utensils. We like to cook breakfast in the condo and didn’t have some of what we needed. The cable isn’t great, so we used our own streaming service to watch college football. The living room has a smart tv, thankfully! Otherwise, all was perfect! We enjoyed our stay!

Great ocean view

We definitely enjoyed our stay and the ocean view couldn't of been any better! On the other hand the condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Glad I brought clorox wipes and lysol spray, light switches were dirty, bathroom sink and toilet still had hairs on them with is super gross. But after wiping everything down we were fine. Over all good stay though

Great for a short stay!

We very much enjoyed this condo for a quick stay. This was a last-minute vacation extension and we loved the location. The view from the balcony was ideal! The decor was beachy, the kitchen was nicely equipped. The pool deck did seem a bit tight, it wasn't all that large for the size of the building. Elevators were fairly quick, we didn't have to wait long. This was our first time experiencing the "hallway bunk beds", next trip we will go back to having a separate bedroom for our kids as that seems to work better for our family.

Pier Park, Dolphin Tours, Sunset Cruises, Fishing Charters, Shell Island, and St. Andrews State Park are a short drive away.
