The calming coastal décor, 9 ft. ceilings and open floor plan is ideal for your upcoming beach vacation. "Ocean Pearl" is a beautiful one bedroom, two bathroom + bunks condo that comfortably sleeps 6, two in the master bedroom (king bed), two on the queen sized sofa sleeper, and two on the hallway bunk beds. Seychelles Resort is conveniently located near St. Andrew's State Park, Schooner's, Capt. Anderson's, Scampy's, Montego Bay Seafood House, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Treasure Island Marina and many other local favorites for shopping, dining, activities and entertainment. The great room is decorated in coastal hues sure to help you kick back and relax on your upcoming vacation. The great room features a queen sized sofa sleeper and matching loveseat with a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Step out onto your balcony and enjoy the most spectacular views of The Gulf Of Mexico. The balcony is fully furnished with plenty of chairs and tables so you can enjoy coffee in the morning, watching the beach action all day long and checking out the incredible Gulf sunsets. Fabulous view!

Your dining table seats 4 with an additional seating for 3 at the bar.

The large gourmet kitchen has a view, too and an an eat-in breakfast bar with seating for 3. This kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from a fancy meal to a simple snack. We provide all the dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and bakeware you'll need. The stacked laundry set is located just off the kitchen in the hallway for your convenience. We also provide an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The Seychelles Master Suite is your oasis with a luxurious king-sized bed with silky high thread count sheets. A large flat screen TV makes this your private oasis. The Master Suite Bath offers a tub/shower combo and vanity. Step out of the shower and dry off with the large fluffy white towels!

The Crew's Quarters bunk area is perfect for the youngsters, it includes a twin over twin bunk set. Bunk beds are for use by persons under 100 pounds only, please.

You'll enjoy the two sparkling beachfront pools and a hot tub for your enjoyment. These are right on the beach! The fitness center is free for guests to use. The beach kiosk has chair rentals available and also parasailing and other beach activities, right in your "backyard."

Parking is limited to one space-your rental includes one parking pass for a space in the parking deck. Parking on property is limited and rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.

Perfect Beach Stay!
Loved our stay here- A+! Check in and parking super easy. We were texted when our lodging was ready- and it was early. Beautiful views from the 16 floor balcony and we loved the bar stool height chairs as we could see over the railing. Maybe bring extra TP if your family goes through a lot. Bring own shampoo- supplied ones were super hard to dispense! (Or grab at close by Dollar Stores). A few things to note: Remember to bring your own beach towels or plan on buying here (there are a lot of inexpensive places to pick up), Unit has Mr. Coffee maker, but no filters (we left ours so hopefully they don’t throw them away!) & no coffee- so if you are coffee drinkers be prepared! No coffee places close by (although they did have coffee in the VACASA office on1st level of parking garage). Plenty of kitchen dishes, cups & cooking utensils, but zero spices, oil or any food items so consider bringing small amounts of spices from home if you plan on cooking. Schooners right next door and great, but dinner crowds were crazy even mid week so be prepared and go down early or late…or be prepared to wait. Easy beach walk to the state park- took us less than 1/2 hour and we were shell looking as we went. Respect the water- there was an incident while we were there as a young man dove in the water and possibly broke his neck as he hit a sand bar. Fortunately he had people with him who were able to pull him from the water before he drowned and my husband helped stabilize him.

I love Seychells
We stay at Seychells every year and love it! This year the room was very dirty and the ice maker didn’t work. I called and they offered to send someone to clean but we chose to clean ourselves. They sent someone to fix the ice maker the next day but he had to order the part. The lady I spoke with was super nice and helpful. Also,there was a horrible noise in the wall behind the dryer that only happened a couple of times… Not sure what it was. We told the cleaning lady as we were leaving. It would’ve been nice to have had a clean room when we arrived, but they also depend on others to do their jobs without having to inspect behind them. So hopefully by letting them know will help fix the issue. We’re still very happy with our stay and will be back next year.

My stay
Upon entering the condo I encountered a coffee pot that had coffee and mold in it sitting on the counter. The floors were filthy. The outside balcony had not been cleaned at all. The floor was nasty and there was sand all over the furniture. The inside of the condo hadn’t been dusted. The large screen tv apparently wasn’t working as a smaller tv was placed in front of the large screen tv in the front room. The shower door in the bathroom hallway wouldn’t shut and a towel had to be placed on the floor to catch the water coming out of the door. The vent in the dryer is missing. Even though I didn’t need 8 wristbands as the agreement stated only 6 were in the condo. The bedroom smelt very musty. Overall I felt very uncomfortable in this condo.
