What a beautiful condo with awesome views of the ocean. Every morning we saw sea turtles, dophins and sharks from our balcony!

It was a great condo… just a couple of small details that would have made our stay perfect. The pans in the condo need to be updated. They are warped and virtually unusable. Living room furniture and towels were very worn and need to be updated. There were no beach towels and an odor in the master shower. It was a nice condo at a great price. A few tweaks and it will be a perfect place for future guests.

Excellent accommodations, clean, modern, and well maintained. Management team were great communicators and the condo was as described. I would not hesitate to rebook.

A great place to relax with amazing view! The wrap-around balcony was EVERYTHING! The check-in process was quick and professional.

Perfect!

Had a wonderful stay with my family and would definitely book again. Pool, beach, chair service and Tiki bar was all great and the building was well maintained. Location was perfect for us, close to St. Andrew's state park and the marinas. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and the deck was the perfect spot to sit and relax to watch the sunset every night.

Watercrest Panama City beach

The unit was perfect. Plenty of room for all. The balcony is killer for sunsets. Beach just steps away. Absolutely loved this place.

Nice stay

We were reluctant to book in Panama City, as we usually stay in Destin or Ft. Walton area, we aren't fans of crowds. To our surprise North Panama City was perfect. The condo itself was great, it was certainly home away from home, it was clean and comfortable.

Thank you for the review. It is a fact that the traffic in PCB is much less than Destin, any time of the year due to road options in PCB whereas Destin everyone must use HWY 98. Also, this condo is located on the "quiet" end of the beach so traffic is never an issue, even in July! Please come back to enjoy our beautiful beach, we loved sharing with you! Sherry

Very nice condo!

Very well appointed, updated condo. The check-in and check-out process was the best we have experienced yet. The property managers were very attentive to our needs.

Condo was fabulous!

Thank you for the most wonderful vacation stay we have experienced with VRBO. Do not get me wrong, we have stayed at other places and liked them as well, but the WaterCrest Property ID 704528 was the absolute gorgeous, well equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Best home away from home ever!

Incredible Sunsets 🌅

We stayed 5 nights, the condo is luxurious and beautiful. The online pictures don’t do it justice. The views from the gigantic balcony are fantastic. There are several great restaurants and supermarkets close by. We normally stay in Destin but we were pleasantly surprised by the reduction in the volume of traffic. There is also a really cool state park and 2 fishing piers nearby. We would love to return and Sherry, David and Chase were polite, accessible and accommodating. Awesome stay at a gorgeous condo!

This beautiful condo was exceptional. It was immaculately clean and well kept. The view from the wrap around balcony is spectacular! The bed linens and the bath towels are exceptional quality and were supplied geneously. From the kitchen utensils, the appliances and toiletries, nothing was less than superb. Sherry and Chase were both quick to respond and very attentive. I highly recommend this condo for anyone interested in experiencing a exceptional stay at Panama City Beach!

Great Beachfront rental

The room was great w at was a huge balcony. Amazing views and plenty if room for family and friends. The only disappointment was that customer service was terrible. The person on the other side of the phone had a bad attitude and did not have good manners. So disappointed and definitely made our stay a little less pleasant. Overall, great place.

1610 WaterCrest review

Property was phenomenal and up to date. Great views, very clean, just perfect. Only issue was there was no remote for DVD player. So, Netflix and the Redbox movies we rented weren’t an option. I emailed asking about it but didn’t hear back. Overall I would highly recommend and we will be back!

Spring break

We are so grateful for this condo! The weather was less than great the week we were there. But the condo was so comfortable that we didn’t mind staying inside part of the time. We had a great time playing games with our kids. The patio was amazing beds were great and it wa soo clean! Whoever cleans for them needs a pay raise! Lol I’ve stayed at many Vrbo’s. It was by far the cleanest. The managers were amazing going above and beyond! If I go back to pcb I will definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the beach. We cooked dinner once while we were there and found the kitchen to be fully stocked. The included concierge beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge bonus each day! We spotted dolphins and rays from the balcony while enjoying coffee in the mornings. Very clean and the use of the washer/ dryer was a plus. Being able to walk to Schooners for lunch, or come up quickly from the beach to restock cooler made for a super easy lunch transition. Our family enjoyed the refreshing pool And hot tub area as well. The owner was quick and responsive when we had trouble figuring out the door code. Thank you so much for loaning us your special Space for our vacation!

Schools out for summer!

This is a beautiful corner high in the sky condo. My family was awed when we arrived at the decor and attention to the details. I was awed by the views and comfort. All of the furnishing were extremely comfortable and my kids loved having their own balcony to hang out on. We own a condo in Crescent Beach and are extremely particular about other condos that we will stay in. This one did not disappoint. In fact, I am taking a few decorating ideas with me. Thank you for accommodating our special needs. My kids are already wanting to know when we can go back.
