Beautiful, relaxing location located across from the river and boating ramp. Beautiful property for walking, hiking or just sitting on the deck enjoying the fountain. The Zion home has 1 bedroom, built in bunk beds, 1 bathroom, a loft with 2 full beds and free wifi. Front door view of pond with fountain and deck with table, chairs, umbrella and grill. Jet ski for rent by hour or full day to renters when its available.

We stayed for our daughters 16th birthday and it was amazing.

This was such a great experience. We will definitely be coming back. The host was super friendly. The cabin was clean and welcoming.

Tiny Cabin

The cabin is very tiny but comfortable. It is NOT private as there are 2 other tiny cabins right beside you. The pond is beautiful, but there are a lot of ducks which leave duck poo on EVERYTHING. We tried using the grill but were overrun by all the ducks. A bit pricey for the size of the cabin and not having any privacy.

Owner has like six houses in a gated community that was very spaced and private from others with an awesome setting.

FIVE STARS!!!

I took my daughter and her best friend here for a surprise birthday weekend get-a-way and we could not have been happier. This place is so close to literally everything and the pictures really do not do the cabins justice. The landscaping and greenery is absolutely beautiful, along with the side trails for the 4-wheelers... I couldn't get the girls back in the day we had to leave. The property manager, Chanin Alexander, always went above and beyond our expectations, even decorating the cabin and bringing birthday cake for the girls. THIS WOMAN NEEDS A BIG-TIME RAISE!! She is absolutely phenomenal and was always at our beck and call. I really do feel like I made a new friend. We will be back, and can't wait to see Chanin, Bob, and Red (dog) again!

WISH I COULD GIVE A 10 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely wonderful! Location was wonderful, directly across from Aqua Yacht where we rented a pontoon for the day. Gas station & multiple restaurants right beside it. We ate @ Rib cafe & JP’s great choice. The cabin was so cute/clean. Easily could sleep 6, but we just had 3. Chanin the lady that mess us there was super sweet, even let us use four wheelers to look @ the land 143 acres :) The owner Bob ‘super nice” we even played with RED, his dog.. Felt like being @ home. Will definitely be back!

great place, great people!

everything was absolutely wonderful! we will most definitely be back in the near future to rent again. from the location to the grounds to the friendliness of the owners, this place has it all. 12/10 recommended

We came down and stayed on a fishing trip for 5 days, everything was clean and the location was perfect for us! We will be back!

Weekend Getaway

This little tiny house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were greeted by Ms. Channing, Mr. Bob and Ole Red (the friendly dog). All were very nice and accommodating. This place is perfect for a peaceful relaxing weekend. We look forward to going back soon. Thanks again for everything! The Turners

Sweet house with a great owner!

The Tiny house was a big hit with our crew of 7! Along with being spotless, Mr. Bob provided all the amenities we needed, including fresh linens and towels, toiletries, coffee and even Netflix! The kids loved the loft area where they each slept comfortably and the parents appreciated the strong AC and washer and dryer to clean towels and swimsuits after a fun day at the lake. Mr. Bob was very communicative and helpful. We will definitely return!

NEW & CLEAN

This property is located right across the street from Aqua Yacht Harbor in a small community of tiny houses and cabins. This house is located directly on the pond. Parking was our only struggle as it was not paved and it rained all day. It is located adjacent to a large industrial style shed, but it seemed to be only the owner of the property tinkering around the shed.

Bob’s Tiny House

Our long weekend was so much fun and this Chalk Creek Rental of Bob’s was the perfect place for us to stay. The tiny cabin was so clean and cute and had everything we needed to really enjoy our trip to Pickwick! My two boys slept in the loft and thought it was the coolest thing ever! My daughter loved her spot in the bunk beds area, too! As a family of five, the Zion cabin was just the perfect size for us! The kitchen had everything we could want including a full sized stove, a microwave, a Keurig, and the washer/dryer combo unit. We loved exploring the property and my youngest quickly befriended Ole Red (Bob’s faithful German Shepard companion). The pond is going to be beautiful when it’s finished and it gave us a lot of entertainment to watch the work in progress. The location was perfect for our day out on the lake as we wanted a pontoon for the day at Aqua Harbor. It was also a quick drive to Freddy Ts for supper and for a day trip into Savannah. Overall, our little summer getaway was just perfect for us and we hope to be back again real soon!
