I loved how we had our own private parking lot with the other residents of the building and that the host had a binder full of attractions around the area. My best experience on Vrbo so far!

Quick Philly trip with friends

The rental property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival the apartment was nice and cool, which we all appreciated! The garage was a great plus, providing convenient parking. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the house included thoughtful extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of toilet paper, which made our stay even more comfortable. We had a great time in Philly!

It was a very clean spot with great amenities. We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the host was easy and clear. It’s close to the train station, as well.

We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert at the Mann. The apartment was close by- maybe a 10-15 drive. The apartment was cute, clean and perfect for 2 couples. The garage parking was a blessing! The rooftop area was nice as well. We had a great time!

Great choice

The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Host was very responsive. Unfortunately, two separate fire alarms chirped on the first and second nights of our stay because the batteries needed to be changed. Tina told me where to find the batteries and I was able to stop the noise.

Clean, modern 2-bedroom in University City

Our stay in Philadelphia was fantastic. We needed a two-bedroom apartment rental with two secure private parking spots and this is exactly what was provided. The building is quiet with a wonderful roof-top patio that we enjoyed. The apartment has everything you could need for four adults - two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The location is great - near to the universities and many restaurants and not far from Lincoln Financial Field where we attended a Club World Cup game. Tina was very responsive and answered all of our questions regarding checking in and out, parking and getting around town. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental if you are visiting Philadelphia.

We have used VBRO on a number of trips, and have had great experience. Our stay at the condo served its purpose. It had everything we need.Great location, the pictures are accurate. The problem was the mold in the master bathroom and that we were charged for towels and linens that were already dingy from the start. We didn't take pictures but going foward this was a learning experience. Respectfully.

Great Find in Philly!

This condo was exactly as described in the listing and was very comfortable for my family of three (one 22-year-old son parents). Two beds, two baths were perfect. The location is ideal for everything you want to do in Philly, whether driving, walking, or using public transportation. Getting into the unit was only a little difficult the first time because it was dark outside and hard to see in the garage. But once we figured it all out, we couldn't have been happier. We will recommend this condo and would rent it again if we return to if we happen to be traveling to Philadelphia. Thanks!

Weekend visit

We had a great stay. Property was as shown in the pictures. Owner was very responsive and helpful with the checking in process. The beds were very comfortable, the showers had good water pressure. The shades on the windows are not black out so the morning light comes in I’m a morning person anyway so that was fine. I would recommend this property.

This is a great condo in an elevator building with garage parking. The host us highly responsive and all instructions are clear. The amenities are nice, fluffy towels, cozy bed and full kitchen.

Family Spring Break Trip

Tina was amazing - always incredibly responsive. The condo was very clean and welcoming - pictures were very accurate. Location was convenient to many attractions and public transportation. Parking was a huge plus - we loved that it was in a garage and we never had to worry about finding a spot. It is located on a busier street, so it can be a little noisy into the evening hours, but we did not have trouble sleeping. Only recommendation would be to have darker blinds/curtains in the bedrooms due to street lighting. We would absolutely recommend this condo if traveling to Philly.

Clean and Convenient!

Very grateful for this clean and convenient condo, we stayed for a family member’s PhD dissertation at Penn and found the place very comfortable and the location convenient. Would recommend.

Convenient location

This was our second time staying in this apartment. It is very close to our daughter's apartment, so we appreciate its convenience. The apartment is clean, the parking garage is a huge bonus, and communication was very clear and helpful.The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars is the noise of the traffic and construction which is obviously out of the owner's hands but still affected our stay. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay.The only thi

Clean and comfortable

We stayed two nights during a multi-stop college tour trip. It was great to have access to laundry and a kitchen in the middle of our trip. The place was clean and comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. It is a busy area, so there is quite a bit of street noise, but we expected that with the location, we would definitely stay again.
