Bienvenue à Chasin 'Waves à Carolina Beach! Chasin 'Waves est un condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain en bord de mer! Réveillez-vous, respirez profondément l'air de l'océan, sentez le soleil chaud sur votre visage, expirez. Détendez-vous - vous êtes à la plage! Où pouvez-vous profiter d'un lever de soleil à couper le souffle et d'une bonne tasse de café sur votre balcon privé, puis vous promener sur la plage jusqu'à la promenade et prendre quelques beignets britanniques pour le petit déjeuner?! Ce n'est que le début de nombreux souvenirs incroyables que vous vivrez en visitant Carolina Beach. Nous aimons cette île et nous sommes heureux de partager l'île et notre maison avec vous!

Nouveau en 2017! De nouveaux planchers inspirés du bois franc! Nouvelle peinture partout! Nouvelle porte coulissante sur le pont en bord de mer! Nouveaux tapis et chaises dans le salon!

Nouveau en 2016: de beaux nouveaux comptoirs, un nouvel évier de cuisine, un éclairage mis à jour, de nouveaux draps et serviettes, ainsi que de nouveaux appareils.

Nous incluons tous les draps, draps et serviettes avec votre location! Nous pensons que de bonnes vacances commencent par une bonne nuit de sommeil, c'est pourquoi les deux chambres sont équipées de matelas queen ultra-moelleux et de rideaux assombrissants. La chambre principale est équipée d'un ventilateur de plafond, d'une TVHD 45 ", d'une salle de bain avec double vasque, d'un placard avec cintres, ainsi que d'une petite terrasse privée. Nous gardons un petit ventilateur noir dans le placard de la chambre principale pour un flux d'air supplémentaire ou pour l'utiliser comme une machine à sons pour vous aider à dormir!

La chambre d'amis a également un placard et un accès direct à une salle de bain avec une douche debout et une vanité étendue. Il y a des couvertures supplémentaires dans les placards et des serviettes supplémentaires sous les lavabos de la salle de bain.

Notre table de salle à manger est équipée d'une feuille de papillon, alors n'hésitez pas à l'agrandir ou à la réduire pour accueillir votre groupe.

Le salon est équipé d'un téléviseur HD de 45 ", d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'un canapé-lit avec un matelas queen-size. Et enfin, mais certainement pas le moindre, le porche en bord de mer est assez grand pour accueillir confortablement des sièges pour un banc 5: 1, 2 chaises, 1 fauteuil à bascule et une table basse!

Parking abondant! 1 espace réservé directement sous le bâtiment et 1 espace supplémentaire dans le lot directement en face de la rue.

Great weekend getaway!

This rental was perfect for my kids and I to enjoy a weekend at the beach. It was comfortable, clean, and the view was awesome. The owner is a really great guy who cares about the home and cares about his renters. We can’t wait to plan another visit!

Incredible location, great stay

My wife and I just got back from a Labor Day weekend stay here. We had an amazing time. The location is unbeatable: oceanfront and a quick 20 minute walk to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. The unit itself is well adorned and so comfy, especially the bed in the master. The front door can be a bit tricky to open, but a quick call to Chris when we checked in solved our issue and we had no problems for the rest of our stay. We had a great time and hope to come back in the future!

Great spot in Carolina Beach

The condo was very well located near boardwalk, amazing restaurants and right on the beach. We walked to everything. Carolina beach is a perfect spot for a laid back family vacation. Communication with host was unreliable though which it difficult when door lock malfunctioned locking us out unexpectedly .But overall our stay was great.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Great place to stay! Loved the quiet, calm location. We loved being so close to the beach. Great communication with property owner! They were quick to respond to emails with my questions before our stay. Place was clean, inviting and had great amenities. We would definitely recommend this property!

That Sunrise!

A delightful getaway spot for a birthday week. Easy beach access and so much sky watching to be had! Clean. Well-appointed. Close enough to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk, but far enough away to be out of the hub-bub. Truly comfortable beds, too.

A Piece of Tranquility!!

Location! Location! Location! The condo had great views of the ocean from the covered deck. There was a private boardwalk to the beach literally right there. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for both our stay and the beach. The host (Chris) was very quick to respond when I had a quick question. Perfect spot to vacation with an AMAZING location!! Thank you!!

Every thing was great about this location. My only minor complaint was the beds seemed more like a full size instead of a Queen, but that may be because I’m used to a king. I would book this location again.

It was a nice little place to stay. We enjoyed the different places to eat and the grocery stores near by. The place needed a few repairs but overall it was great for a short stay. Thanks so much to Chris for his attention to our internet problem and calling me personally and I really appreciated that a lot.

Wonderful. Felt like home during our stay.

Much better view than the pics and much bigger on the inside than expected. Everything we could have needed to make ourselves at home was either provided or was available within a short drive. Beach gear provided was great and having access to an outdoor shower to clean off the sand was fabulous.

The location and view is excellent. The problem is home is landlocked and hard to move car in and out with other tenants. The owners are kind and respond quickly. Very nice weekend.

Very clean property

The property had everything we needed and was just steps from the beach. It was very clean and felt like home! My only suggestion would be to have a small table and chairs to enjoy meals. Bar height would be great to get the best view! Other than that, we loved everything about the condo!

Sunrise on the beach

Absolutely the best feature were the sunrises. The kitchen had everything+. The shower was warm and had good pressure. The bed was comfortable. Thank you for the extras: snacks, instant coffee, and the bottle of wine. Parking is tight. One oversized SUV blocked others. Thankfully, there is extra parking across the street. Contradicting check-out instructions between email and the house binder for linens and towels. Cleaners did not empty coffee grinds from coffeemaker prior to our arrival. If you require secure, encrypted wifi, check first. Good stay.

Not for kids

Great location, And very nice to have two big bathrooms. The deck is great to relax on, and the master bedroom is big. It’s also nice that nobody was below us. But this property is not necessarily for kids. Unless, you don’t mind moving tons of glass knickknacks, loosely hung wood pictures, 5+ flimsy table lamps, and other various dangerous items off the tables and dressers and shelves. The old dishwasher controls simply do not work, except for the first Time, by some quirky miracle. All The dishes are glass with the exception of a couple travel cups stashed in the back. The washing machine and dryer were nice to have, but they are very small, and I couldn’t find a lint trap. There didn’t seem to be an appropriate place to keep outdoor treasures, chairs, or anything else for the beach. Therefore, we had to lug it all into the small living room. The sand and ground surrounding the back of the building is dingy and dirty. The bed in smaller room was springy and uncomfortable. The mattress seemed new but the rest of it was rickety. Slightly less so than the big room.

I am a happily married 30-something that is chasin' his dreams! I work hard and I play hard. Chasin' Waves is my perfect escape. Living in Durham, NC - it's just a little over 2 hours away.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Carolina Beach because it offered so many things to do, golf, fish, scuba, history, close proximity to Wilmington, and of course a beautiful and rejuvenating beach. We knew we didn't want to walk up more than 1 flight of stairs, so it had to be first floor. And we knew we wanted to be able to sit on our private balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee with a stunning sunrise. But we also knew that we would want things to do with the kids: Aquarium, Fort Fisher, Ferry to Southport, Boardwalk, Attractions ---- and we wanted to be close to a vibrant up-and-coming city full of culture, shopping, golf course - AKA Wilmington ---- and so this just checked all of our boxes.
