Wonderfully located beach cottage in Kitty Hawk with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Listen to the surf while enjoying the convenience of self-check-in, then relax on the covered porch or side sun deck and enjoy the ocean views!
Enjoy the provided beach chairs and umbrellas as you walk one minute to the beach access, equipped with Lifeguard stand and outdoor showers. Walk a few minutes and fish at Kitty Hawk Pier, then grill up your catch on the provided propane grill. Have the benefit of being centrally located; everything you need within a half-mile (medical center, numerous shops and restaurants, salon, drug, and grocery stores). Relish the simplicity of an easy-breezy vacation! Sorry, no smoking or pets.

We loved our stay. Nice 3 bedroom house that was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of beach toys for children.

Awesome vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was extremely clean, the homeowner/property management team were very easy to communicate with, the location was incredible. It was perfect for us and made for a very relaxing vacation.

Obx getaway

Property was exactly as described. Location was great. Close to the beach and a few restaurants. Having use of the beach gear was great as we rode down on motorcycles.

OBX at its finest

Perfect location hands down, the northern end of Kitty Hawk where its less busy with a gas station a block away and Walmart/grocery stores just down the street. You can see the ocean and the beach access from the front porch.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful place! Close to the beach, groceries, restaurants. We do a little bit of traveling but really just enjoy either being at the beach or sitting on the deck and enjoying the sound and smell of the sea air. Not having to travel far for some groceries or going out to eat means more time to enjoy!

Perfect Kitty Hawk vacation home!

My family and I had a great time at this property. The location is perfect; there are some good restaurants within walking distance as is Duck Donuts! The beach access is only a 2 minute walk and you can see and hear the ocean from the property's deck. We are definitely planning on staying here again!

Absolutely amazing

This was my first experience using VRBO and it was amazing! This property was beautiful! The location was perfect! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy!

Have always loved this property, it fills all the blanks for a great get away. We were in town for a memorial service for a dear friend and this place was perfectly situated by where we needed to be. Thank you for the early check in!

This is exactly what we were looking for. It is close to the beach, a nice size place for a family with younger kids, and had everything there that we needed. Will definitely try to go there again.

Great location, clean, and adorable

My husband, and adult daughter stayed over Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect! No surprises here! A 2 block walk to the beach and clean and adorable house! Plenty of parking too! We'll be back.

Great location. Nice house

Location had great and close beach access. Centrally located to everything. House nice. Had everything you might need so you can pack less. Comfortable for 5-6 but you could probably sleep 8. Plenty of outdoor seating and you can hear the ocean. Would recommend.

Beautiful views, well cared for house

This house was perfect! Everything you need for a beach day, they have from chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and even a cooler. The house was absolutely adorable and so well taken care of. We enjoyed the decks and watching the sunrise while drinking our coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. I can't wait to plan out next trip and will definitely be staying here again!

This was a great house to stay in!

I loved how close it was to the beach, I stayed with my kids and even brought my mom. The beach is just a short walk away. Id recommend it to anyone who wants easy beach access. I rented from one on the beach before and it was 3x the cost, this was not only as convenient but cheaper as well. Thanks for having me at the beach lovers Paradise!

Perfect Location

We all loved the house. It’s exactly as described. The location couldn’t be more perfect. I was nervous being so close to the main road but we couldn’t hear anything and slept amazingly. The candy store nearby was a bonus for the kids. Love that you can see the beach and lifeguard flags from the porch so we could plan our day accordingly. We will be back!!

Best spot for Beach Respite!!

To celebrate our son’s graduation we took a beach vacation with our family. The location to the beach access was fantastic, easy walk just five minutes or less away. The area was family friendly: safe places for our boys to either bike or run. The house and outside area provided everything we needed. Kitchen was very well equipped and organized. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and plenty of room for our family and our clothes. We loved it so much there is talk of returning again next year.

We’ve rented this house several times

It is a nice, clean house in an excellent location. Cute, Beachy decor. All of the aforementioned plus the Sunday to Sunday rental period makes this house ideal for us. We avoid heavy traffic and save an hour or two in travel time by avoiding the Saturday rush. The house is in a nice quiet, walkable and joggable neighborhood. It is easy to get to grocery stores and lots of good restaurants. We appreciated that the house was ready for us when we arrived a little early.

Great location!

The place was better in person than the pictures and the location was excellent! You can literally see the beach access and the ocean from the house. Since the house is pretty much right after you cross over onto the island there's no need to sit in traffic for hours on end trying to get further north or south which was definitely a plus. The only negative was some of the bath towels had a smoker smell. The house itself did not smell like that, only the towels.

This is a great place to stay in the outer banks

Great experience. The host makes the stay very easy and relaxing. Close drive to places such as the kitty hawk pier, putt-putt, escape rooms, and places to eat for breakfast and dinner.

Wonderful place for a family

Very clean - we had a 9-month old infant who had just learned to crawl, so cleanliness was important to us. Great location - two houses to the right and a block to our left and our feet were in beach sand, so able to easily return to the house when infant grew tired. House was close to the bridge, which avoided traffic backups, but we never heard traffic from the main road. Loved the porch - infant was able to be out of the sun while catching the breeze. Owner kindly made a baby gate available to us. Good places to eat within walking distance (High Cotton, Rundown Cafe, Duck Donuts). My daughter and I also spent time with Dawn and Teri at the Lotus Salon, which was the perfect end to our vaca. We hope to be back every year. Note to place out trash for pickup the night before- it comes very early in the morning.

Overall Great rental

We have rented this house multiple times. We like the Sunday to Sunday turnover because of the reduced traffic. It has saved us about 2 hours of drive time as opposed to Saturday arrivals. The location is very close to a beach access, stores, and restaurants, yet it is on a quiet, friendly, walkable street. A very comfortable, clean beach house!

Great Stay!

Me and five friends I work with stayed here for four days and it was perfect. Plenty of space in the house. Super close to beach access. Within walking range of anything else needed. It was also super clean and we had no issues with anything with the house. A nice side yard to play games too. Overall this house was perfect for our group and I would strongly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the OBX.
