Grande maison de front de canal de 3 chambres situé sur les Outer Banks de NC. À seulement quatre milles de la plage avec une maison de bain. C'est dans une communauté fermée privée, et a une reine et deux chambres pleines. Fabuleux grand pont extérieur, avec un barbecue à gaz donnant sur le canal. Les commodités comprennent une piscine communautaire et des privilèges de tennis. Nous disposons également d'un canot et d'un bateau à rames pour votre usage. Another great stay!

This was our third time staying at Broadbay Getaway, and we experienced another wonderful week. The home is close to our friends in the neighborhood and right next door to the friendly, responsive owners. We had everything we needed and look forward to returning!

well stocked,convenient, and fun.

Broadbay location was just right for our little getaway (just 4 adults), while the extra bed was nice for a quiet place for baby and toddler to nap when other family stopped by! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the backporch was perfect place to enjoy outdoors while still being close to food and drinks inside. The fishing poles, crab traps, paddleboat, and kayaks made it everyone's favorite place to visit for fun before or after the beach. Since we have family in the area, we would stay here again if it's available!

Amazing weekend getaway!

We had such a great time staying at this cute cottage. Fun for all ages. The kids had fun kayaking, catching fish and crabs from the dock. All the extras made this trip so easy to have fun...We brought our own fishing poles, but thought it was great that there was a selection at the house, the provided crab traps were a great surprise for the kids, the beach chairs came in handy and were happy there were life vests. The neighbors were friendly. We ate at the SaltBox Cafe and would highly recommend a visit there too. The host was highly responsive and friendly. Definitely would come here again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend :)

A wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is great and well equipped! We love the inland coastal water in the backyard along with paddle boat and the option to use the kayak. We also enjoyed crabbing with the provided crab trap. The location was perfect. It is close to the beach, the Wright brothers, Jockey’s Ridge, and other tourist area and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and communicative to our needs. We couldn’t get the sound to work on the TV and the owner came right over to help us fix it. Overall, we had a pleasant time and definitely recommend this house. We would love to go back in the future.

Fantastic stay!

The house is absolutely adorable. The photos don’t do it justice! The decorations are so happy. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are all comfy. The deck, lawn, dock, patio tables are all fantastic. The area is quiet, but you can easily get to the fun parts and easily access the beach. We didn’t go to the community pool, but super fun that it was an option. The peddle boat was a fun and hilarious adventure for the kids! Thank you for a great stay! Virginia, thanks for texting with me for all my questions. You were an amazing host and have a lovely home!

Great location on the canal. Only 1 tv in living room no towels/wash clothes provided. Virginia was great host and informative prior to packing and driving 11 hours Look forward to returning.

Quick Getaway for a family wedding.

The unit was clean and met all our needs. Virginia was quick to respond to the few requests we had. I think what we enjoyed the most was the view from the back deck as well as the lovely sun and gentle breeze. We enjoyed mornings there and lunch one day. A storm came in the last nite we were able to pull right in under the home for protection and packing the next morning. Such a delightful getaway.

Perfect weekend getaway

To start, our host was amazing! Greta communication and wanted our stay to be perfect (and it was!). The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our kids had a blast using the kayaks and fishing off the dock. The deck overlooking the inlet was a spot to sit and relax in the mornig and evenings. The neighborhood pool was also a fun stop. The house is close to everything but fewls tucked away from the hustle of the .ain strip. Overall this was the perfect rental for our quick visit to OBX.

Awesome house - even better than photos!!!

Family came to OBX for a wedding & LOVED this house rental! Clean, safe, gated neighborhood & kind neighbors. Virginia was excellent communicator & anticipated our needs. Kitchen was nicely stocked & had a nice table for us to eat/play games. Dock was fun for my kids to fish & kayak’s AWESOME!! Would definitely come again. Thank you!

Fall Outer Banks Trip

We chose this listing for our fall Outer banks trip because we knew the location on the canal would be perfect for our kids. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Virginia was so kind and went above and beyond. Any questions I had, she was very quick to respond to. The pictures really don't do this house justice. It's very cute. It met our needs perfectly and we can't wait to go back. Everything to could need is there. There are crab pots, fishing rods, kayaks, a peddle boat, life jackets, a beach cart, and more. There was a Keurig and a conventional coffee maker, steamer for cooking crabs, and even a wine fridge. The porch has a beautiful view of the canal and the ducks, geese, and pigeons that come by daily. The location is private which was awesome but still close enough to all the attractions that OBX has to offer. We went to Manteo, we went surf fishing, Avalon pier, Bodie Island Lighthouse, and the kids loved driving by the Wright Brothers Memorial going to and from the house. I highly recommend this house and we're definitely looking forward to our next stay.

Just what we needed

Wonderful house with everything we needed! We loved birdwatching on the porch, playing yard games, and enjoying the water. How considerate of Virginia to keep us apprised of the coming storms over the weekend. We look forward to staying here during all of our OBX weeks.

Great relaxing weekend get away

Lovely house a lot of amenities. Beautiful view. After visiting for 30 years, it was our first time staying on the sound side. It was great, we will be returning. Beach access at end of the road was easily accessible and nice.

Worked for our needs

Place was cute and well stocked. Charcoal grill not gas. Very comfy couches. Some stains on the sheets but old and definitely cleaned several times since. Great communication from property owner which helped a lot. Well located.

Had a great time

My family and girlfriend had a great time here. We kayaked, paddleboarded, fished, and crabbed into the night. Almost ran the neighbor’s daughter over because she was sitting in the middle of the road at 10pm at night, so watch out for stray teenagers!

Fantastic

Our family stayed the week of August 6th. Everything was as described in the listing. What a beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood. The backyard was our family’s favorite place to relax. The kids loved swimming off the dock. The crab pots were a hit caught 3 blue crab in just a few hours. The kayaks were fun also. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Fantastic 2nd Year Stay

We had another great stay here for the second year in a row. Being off the beaten path with a private beach and pool just can’t be beat! The kids love fishing off the dock and being able to launch our paddle boards right from the house is great. Virginia is a great host and quick to answer if you ever have a question.

Great family vacation

This was our 4th straight year staying at this house and we couldn't have been more happy. Our kids now look forward each summer to going to "their rooms" at the vacation house. Great location, great communication from the owners, just all around great trip if you are going to the OBX. I never thought I would love the Sound side as much as I do now but I've been converted.

Location

The house was extremely clean with very nice furnishings, and the kitchen had all utensils we needed for our meals, and beverages. It was a short drive to the pool in a reasonable drive to the beach. The best thing was the deck and the view from the deck of a peaceful inland waterway, and the yard and grounds were well maintained.

We choose this neighborhood because of all the amenities it has to offer. It's a gated community with a boat ramp, club house, and community pool. It is located in a good setting and is close to the beach, shopping, and great places to eat, and visit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home has a great view of the canal. It is very private, and you can even dock your boat out back in the canal for that great fishing trip, or a relaxing cruise through the canals. You can fish and catch crabs right off the dock in the canal. We have a community pool with a beach area on the sound.
