Casa Naranjos guarantees its guests both quality and stylish accommodation by combining a great unique experience and value for money for upto 8 guests. This is ensured by its south facing aspect and the opportunity to relax whilst being very close to an exceptional range of holiday activities for families, couples or the less active.
There is a fair use electricity limit of âŹ50 per week (and âŹ75 for 5-8 people) anything above this is to be paid by the guests
The house is ideally suited for two families or a family with grandparents possibly, which allows a degree of separation, whilst still all being together, in the 3 storey house.
We always provide a complimentary luxurious Executive greeting pack, including the important things you will need to get your holiday off to a relaxing, smooth start.
Depending upon your group size, the 3 bedroom accommodation at Casa Naranjos is available over 3 floors and has its own private secure garden, when the entire accommodation is reserved, for a maximum group size of up to 8 guests.
The ground floor comprises the garden apartment, with its own large private garden and its own large terrace, with a quality garden dining set and chairs. This space provides a double bed & sofa bed, a family bathroom and a generous sized fully fitted kitchen. The garden apartment can be rented by Guests separately should they wish, but it is also ideal for grand parents or visiting friends and family and is easily accessed by a stylish external spiral staircase leading from the terrace to the large garden terrace area.
The first floor of Casa Naranjos, comprises the main entrance, large lounge, cloak room, gorgeous modern kitchen and double French doors out to the terrace, which is partially covered and ideal for BBQ's and entertaining or relaxing.
Second floor is the top of the house, and has the twin bedroom, with its fully open planned en-suite open plan bathroom, comprising a full sized bath, shower cubicle and toilet. The Master bedroom, has stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and benefits from its own modern and ultra clean family bathroom with a full sized bath, overbath shower & double wash hand basins and hairdryer.
Guests who require accommodation for upto 4 people do have the option of only reserving the top 2 floors of Casa Naranjos or the beautiful ground floor garden apartment and either may be occupied by other guests. Or guests may feel they would like more space and book the whole property, even if their party size is less than 8, which is the maximum number of guests the entire property can accommodate. The garden apartment has its own kitchen and is accessed either down from the lounge terrace or from the garden entrance, which helps provide a sense of independence, but great for sharing. Parents are informed however that leaving young children alone in the garden apartment, is not supported by the Casa Naranjos team.
Access to the swimming pools is using a digital tag. The resort communidad manages the opening times of the pools. If access to the communal pools is important outside of peak season, please feel free enquire about access.
We have fully prepared and submitted Spains new tourism licence application and this has been received. We provide SMART smoke & fire detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid boxes, for your safety and assurance.
2 weeks before arrivals, all guests are required to complete 3 pieces of basic administration (only requiring around 15 minutes in total). These are;
1- Tourist registration
2- Artificial intelligence ID verification - essential for insurance purposes
3- Confirming Covid status for all guests.
If any of the above is not completed, the booking may be cancelled at our discretion, with no refund payable.
We aim to comply fully and with all necessary obligations, including:
1- Providing emergency contacts
2- Providing a comprehensive guest information pack
3- Providing first aid box
4- Full air-conditioning
5- Guests rules and obligations
