Great villa

A lovely clean, comfortable villa. Lovely relaxing space to spend lazy days by the pool. Maybe pool access is not the best for those with mobility issues as it’s a pool ladder, just something to consider. Bit of a walk up hill from the beach or from the main town centre but taxis are easy to access and cheap. Nothing.

Fabulous villa

Lovely villa in an excellent location. Quiet area. Nice pool. Spacious and cool with three terraces. Customer service from Belena and Caroline was excellent. Great information from booking to leaving. Updates and reminders. Asked fof a second hairdryer and it arrivex the next morning. Loved Nerja and this villa. Hard to find fault.

Superb stay in beautiful villa

The villa is just beautiful. So modern, stylish and so well equipped. We loved the entire villa. The different outside areas were excellent, especially the pool which seemed to be cleaned every 2-3 days. Amazing service. The team and Nerja Paradise Rentals were also just great to deal with. Overall we loved our time in this villa and we will definitely be back. N/A

Great

Had a fantastic short break in this villa at the end of October. Burriana beach and the old town both easily walked to. Extremely helpful company to deal with - especially arranging taxi transfers to and from the airport. Have already made my next booking for Sept 25.

A perfect family getaway

The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and the town. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday and the outdoor terrace was perfect for family meals and evening chats. The private pool and outdoor space were real highlights, ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying peaceful evenings. The team at Nerja Paradise Rentals were friendly, professional, and made everything seamless from booking to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday.

Wonderful Villa in Nerja

Spacious, comfortable, clean villa fo 5 ladies. It had everything we needed. A nice touch with the wine and water. We would stay again. Customer care was excellent. 4pm check in is very late in the day..the bad smell when you use the toilets..I think this is a Nerja problem. The top layer of pool water could have been filtered to remove dust for next guests. The air-conditioning was not cold enough in the bedrooms even on the lowest setting and this was May..would not like to be there in July.

Thanks for your sincere review, we were really happy to host you and your beautiful group. Check-in times at 16:00 usually on Vacation rentals since the accommodation needs to be proffesionaly cleaned and prepared for our upcoming guests, we always try to accommodate an early check-in for our guests whenever this is possible, in your case we had a check-out from prior guests the same day of your arrival, we let you put your luggage inside the accommodation before check-in time until it got ready for your stay. The bad smell happens very rarerly for some reason the few times we experience high winds here in Nerja and it only lasts for a few hours, we are sorry that you had to experienced it. Our maintenace team has been informed of the aircon and pool issues and it has been resolved. We look forward to host you and your happy group again soon !

Fantastic villa with excellent service

A nice place to call home during a week! Las Palmeras is a beautiful house with nice bedrooms and good beds, very strong shower (for us the best ever!), nice decorations in the living room and bedrooms and 4 outstanding balconies and terraces. The swimming pool was of course a bit cold in January, but in other seasons it is the icing on the cake! The service of Nerja Paradise Rentals was very kind and good, everything was there and we could always contact the office if we had questions (we didn't need it, but it felt safe). Last but not least: the house is very clean and tidy, and that is not always normal in holiday homes. Conclusion: we definitely will return here! Many thanks to the people of Nerja Paradise Rentals . Maybe the sound insulation between the (twin) villas (walls are thin), but I guess that has something to do with the building regulations in Spain.

Ausstattung war sehr gut! Und wenn etwas zu ändern war, wurde es sofort erledigt! Es sollte zusätzlich ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung stehen. Das vereinfacht das sauber halten der Böden von Staub, Haaren im Bad etc.!
