Property wasn’t properly cleaned - dirty floor, walls, bathrooms and bedding. Took many attempts to rectify, Poorly maintained - 2 broken doors, 2 broken lamps, fridge shelving damaged, pool light broken, no external access to downstairs bathroom, lots of chipped scruffy paint, missing cutlery, rusty kitchen pans, patched up ceiling that leaked, broken patio furniture.No instructions on how to do things, normal rental properties have something like a manual or welcome pack.No attention to detail in the property at all.My holiday was badly affected by constantly having to deal with many issues.When the leak happened the emergency contact number didn’t work and the host I messaged couldn’t give me another telephone number which meant my only contact was via the app. Couple of positives, nice area and very secure. I would avoid this villa.

Annual Family Vacation

Every year our family of 8-10 spends roughly two weeks in Orlando. Our stay this year was wonderful! The home is large and spacious with lots of room for 10 people. Check in was smooth and the management team was super responsive with any hiccup we had. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home and community. We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Access and cleanup were easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay in Champions Gate! The house was beautiful and huge with so much space for everyone. Everything was very clean and the pool was amazing!! The location is also great - you can walk to the Oasis club where there is a pool, lazy river, splash pad, etc. Overall, a great experience!

Great experience overall. My only complaints was that I couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up and the tv remotes lack fuctionality.

Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here this past weekend for a cheer competition and my family was immediately impressed as soon as we walked in the door. I’ve stayed in ChampionsGate before but this house is by far my favorite. It was clean, had enough rooms where everyone could have their own space. Very close drive to Publix, Walgreens and plenty of food. I would definitely come back and stay again. Only a few cosmetic upgrades needed but even without the house is amazing.

Phenomenal stay

I have rented houses in Orlando several time and I am very fussy when it comes to standards etc !! Literally have NO complaints about this home - it was perfect !! The house was spotless, all the rooms are decorated lovely ! We had 4 teenagers with us and a 4 year old and they all loved it. So much cleaner than other homes we've stayed in at champions gate. Would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful home.

We booked during a hurricane and the host was kind to give us information on everything we needed to know. The home was beautiful with everything you can possibly need. There were some minor problem that needed fixing such as the living room tv had a very distinct blue tint that I somewhat can’t get passed. Would definitely rent again if needed.

Everything and More

The property was immaculate. It was everything and more that was shown in the pictures and the description. The property surpassed our expectations. It is very spacious so we never felt cramped. Overall, the property itself was excellent.The home was beautiful , however , the Property management was terrible. It was very difficult to communicate with the property management. There were small issues in the house that needed to be rectified. And I was unable to communicate that with the property management. It's really unfortunate that the property Management was totally unacceptable and the actual owner was excellent, but the management of the property was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. And non attentive because of this we will never reserve. Or stay at Champions Gate. We will continue to be timeshare owners. Of the Marriott, because every need is addressed and we are always satisfied. And it ensures a wonderful trip with no severe problems, or incidents. Or dissatisfaction

Family Vacation 2022

WOW! Champion Gates understood the assignment. The Oasis club house was everything. It had great food and was full of fun activities for everyone. The property was absolutely beautiful and just as pictured. However once your inside you will notice it needs a little TLC. When we arrived the sliding door had missing vertical blinds. which resulted in a lack of privacy at night. My husband was able to find the missing blinds in the garage and put them back up. On the third day of our stay it rained and the roof in front twin bed room started to leak. Also the dryer stopped working and emergency maintenance didn't come out to repair it until our last night and he was unable to fix it. I can say I reported all issues and concerns to the host Angel and I was pleased with the helpful responsive I received. I would also add there is an additional fee for the BBQ which is little pricey since you have to also fill the propane tank. In addition the spa pool is only heated in winter months, so it's not very relaxing sitting in cold bubbles. I hope the management team takes some time to put some very much needed TLC into this beautiful house.
