Great stay in palmetto dunes

This condo exceeded expectations! Had everything we needed and the location to the beach was unbelievable! Loved waking up in the morning and sitting on balcony watching the fountain along with the ocean! We will be back! Thanks again for letting us stay at your place!

WONDERFUL!

This condo worked out well for my family and I. It was located close to the pool and beach, which was great! It was well stocked with kitchen supplies, as a couple of meals we stayed in to eat. I would definately rent this unit again!

Great location and great neighborhood.

We love Palmetto Dunes and Villamere is in a perfect beachfront location. Our kids love the pool and the direct beach access is great! This unit was very clean and spacious with a fantastic view of the ocean.

This is our 3 time staying here! We love this location. Great sleep on comfy beds. The new pool and hot tubs were an added bonus. Owners are super helpful and responsive! Will book again and again ◡̈

Beautiful comfortable condo!

We stayed 1 week in this beautiful condo! The owners are top notch and have kept this unit very clean and comfortable. The master bed is so comfortable and that is huge for us. Our kids loved it. We enjoyed being right near the pool and beach. I highly recommend renting from Angie! You will not regret it!

Villamare in Palmetto Dunes Vacation

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the owners letting us use their condo. The location is great. First floor unit with easy access to stairs. I was a little concerned about being on the first floor, but there is a parking garage below the building so you're not right on the ground for everyone to see into the condo, and you're high enough that you have a view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach and pools. The pools were really nice. Each pool area had a hot tub, which we used because we had a couple of chilly days. Lots of area to lounge around and relax. The complex is just inside the Palmetto Dune gate so you're close enough to the general store, bike rentals, and pickleball to be able to walk. Overall it was pretty quiet. There were some kids staying above us and we could hear them jumping around every so often, but it wasn't too annoying and it stopped pretty early so wasn't bothersome at night. The King bed was comfortable enough. It was a little too soft for my liking, but we slept fine. The two queen beds are a little firmer but were also comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The sofas were ok. Comfortable enough to watch TV for a little while, but not great, in my opinion. My only complaint is that there are no screens on the two sliding glass doors. The weather was nice enough to have the doors open, which we did, but that also meant a few flying bugs got in. Worth it to feel the breeze and hear the ocean.

Wonderful Stay

Best Villa By Far

This is our fourth year in HHI. We love the island so much we travel all the way from the coast of Connecticut. This villa was by far The Best we have ever stayed at! Location cannot be beat - Villamare is the best for that - but this villa was so clean and beautifully decorated that we felt immediately at home. Such a beautiful place to stay!! Everything in perfect working condition and the beds were fabulous! We found our “home away from home” for sure!

Family Vacation

This was our family's third time staying in Palmetto Dunes and by far this trip was the best. The condo was wonderful, a very short distance to the beach and the host was terrific. We had a great view of the ocean and being on the first floor was convenient. I vacationed with my wife and four adult children, all had a wonderful time and Angie even got us into the condo a bit early due to our long drive from PA. Should we vacation in Hilton Head again, this will be on our list of places to stay.

Loved location and property, but be prepared for sand everywhere. Being a beach rental would be nice if there were some supplies and hooks to hang towels and suits.

Great communication with host, perfect home with ocean view and easy access to ocean. The pools were very nice and clean. The beach was a w minute walk. Location was just a few minutes from anywhere on the island. This will be my new vacation spot

Great place!

Beautiful condo with a nice view of the ocean. It's a short walk to the beach and the adult pool was a great amenity. Angie was so easy to work with and very quick to respond to questions. I definitely recommend!

A Great Getaway

Angie’s place is wonderful! Beautifully decorated with probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Check-in was a breeze, and Angie was always easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. A week in a beautiful place with a wonderful spot to stay!

Confortable and Convenient

Having visited Hilton Head several times, this was our first time at Villamare. The unit was comfortable and convenient to the beach and the facilities were very nice. It was off-season, and the pool was closed.

Perfect Fall Getaway

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much the second time. Easy walk to the beach, great indoor and outdoor pool/hot tub, amazing views, and comfortable beds! It was the perfect 10 days. Hosts are responsive and accommodating! We’ll be back and can’t wait to see all the improvements in 2024!

Our family has enjoyed vacationing in Hilton Head for nearly 25 years. Owning and sharing a beach property on Hilton Head Island, for us, was a dream come true. We hope you enjoy our oceanfront condo and all that the island has to offer. Maybe 1104 Villamare will be an annual destination for you as well.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We chose to purchase 1104 Villamare because of the proximity to the beach, pool, and other Villamare amenities. Courtyard units rarely come up for sale, so we had to grab this one! Villamare is centrally located on the island, making everything super easy to access, including restaurants, shopping, and activities. Our unit has great separation of sleeping areas with attached decks, providing perfect privacy for us and our guests at the end of the day.
