You found it! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath updated condominium is the perfect home-away-from-home, in the perfect location! Fully furnished, comfortable, first floor condo, located in one of Loveland's most desired communities: Lakeshore at Centerra is a beautifully designed community with well maintained properties, and streets lined with bright and colorful flowerbeds that are maintained year round!
Loveland is a beautiful Front Range town located so close to the foothills, yet right off of I-25, which gives quick access to many great places to discover along the Front Range! You will be 45 minutes from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, 30 minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir with its beautiful views and trails to explore, 20 minutes from Devils Backbone and Bobcat Ridge Natural Areas with all of their beauty and trails!
If you want some big city life, you can be in Denver in about an hour's drive time.
Just a short walk along the paved walkways of the community you will discover Equalizer Lake and Houts Reservoir with their walking trails and aw-inspiring, breathtaking views of Long's Peak, Mount Meeker and the beautiful Front Range of the Rocky Mountains.
Loveland offers so many restaurants and various shopping options that many choose Loveland as their preferred location when in the area.You will be within walking distance to Rocky Mountain Village with its great restaurants and shopping.Target, REI, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, and many more are within walking distance. In-and-Out Burgers, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Chili's, Paneras and so many more are also very close.

The condo is located well off the main street providing a quiet, peaceful, calming retreat after a good day's work. The patio overlooks a small pond and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, or to unwind as the sun sets beyond the pond. The fully equipped kitchen will allow cooking, baking and dining as you would in your own home. Newly added are a brand new set of Maytag Washer and Dryer, and a Hamilton Beach Two-Way Flex Brew Coffee Maker! The living room features a 50" Smart TV, and the Master Bedroom includes a 32" TV and a Firestick in the hutch for your use.
The gas fireplace will be great to use when the weather outside turns cooler.
There is uncovered parking outside of the condo.
The condo provides a queen bed in the Master Bedroom and the 2nd bedroom offers a double bed.
Dog friendly with limited carpet, and patio and greenbelt right out your front door. Fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. All utilities paid including internet (Smart TV and Firestick available for streaming services).
This has been a favorite and is reserved far in advance, so don't miss this one!

The Centerra community is the nicest neighborhood in Loveland, offering spectacular views from the walking trails near the condo, quick access to shopping, restaurants, and I-25, yet quiet and peaceful. We love it!
