I had an excellent stay at this Vrbo rental! The host was fantastic, with excellent communication throughout. The property was impeccably clean, and the well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. The furnishings were tastefully done, adding to the overall ambiance of the place. Plus, the neighborhood was lovely, and it was conveniently close to amenities. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

overall was great. Longer drives to get to destinations but chose it because of it's central location between Cheyenne and Estes Park. Plenty of places to eat and grocery shop. Little small but worked pretty good for 4 adults!
We had enough space to spread out and not feel cramped even with having new Christmas presents to play with. Quiet neighborhood and good location close to many amenities.
Everything was as described. Clean, well stocked & comfortable. Received numerous communications, notifications and updates from owner. Would highly recommend.

Host was amazing and communicated very well. He even checked in on us to see if we needed help with the heat as it went from 90 degrees one day to 60 the next. Very clean and modern home. Would definitely stay again and also would consider renting year to year lease.
Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Loveland/northern Colorado. Very close access to I-25 and US34, and a great neighborhood. Very quiet area. Home is well-kept and easy to find.

We were in town just for a weekend graduation East of Loveland. The Centerra location was perfect - quick and easy access to shopping and neighboring cities. The condo is small but we didnât have a lot of down time so the size was perfect for a family of three. Super clean and very modern. Very comfortable stay! Also, very close to Boyd Lake - walking/running trails within a mile and beautiful surrounding neighborhoods. We would book again.
The place was as advertised. Immaculate, with thoughtful addition, such as laundry soap and shower products. Quiet neighborhood, easy access, convenient to grocery etc., but in a purely residential neighborhood.

Fort Collins offers many outdoor adventures that are within short driving distances.
During summer time, I enjoy paddel-boarding at Horsetooth Reservoir. I also like hiking up to Horsetooth rock.
In the fall, I drive up to Rocky Mountain National Park for the aspen viewings. RMNP is about one hour drive away.
