The kitchen area is fully equipped with microwave, filter coffee maker and espresso maker. In the lower level, there is a twin bedroom, spacious bathroom with bathtub and open space living room with kitchen and dining area.

The lower level has one twin bedroom, spacious bathroom plus living room, kitchen and dining area. The lower level private balcony is ideal for some quiet time overlooking the endless horizon!

The upper level has a master double ensuite bedroom with fireplace and jacuzzi shower column. There is a second double ensuite bedroom and both rooms are air-conditioned offer TVs but most importantly share an amazing 40m2 balcony with breathtaking and panoramic views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding area.

The villa is strategically located close to some of the famous Eastern Chania beaches and almost between two cities, Chania and Rethymno. Central Chania and its cosmopolitan Venetian Port is just a 35 min drive while Rethymno town is just a 55-minute drive.

The nearest village is of Plaka Apokoronou but at the nearby sea-town of Kalyves, you will find a wide range of shops, services, banks, ATMs and pharmacies. The nearest beach of Plaka is 1.200m away and the famous blue flagged Almyrida beach at 1.400m away.

The villa is located next to a gorge that leads to the sea, offering an easy and exciting hike.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €15 per night, while from November to March, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
